Wow, what an amazing stay! The staff is so friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Paul and Mike. This place is worth staying at. Nice and relaxing atmosphere in the middle of Hanoi.

Amazing service. They thought of every little detail. They walked across the road to get us safely to the other side. Could not fault the service. Location is fantastic. 5 minute walk to train street. Food market at the end of the street turning left out of the hotel.

Incredible hospitality. Upon arrival we received fruits and tea to enjoy while waiting for check-in. Anh our receptionist was lovely and helped us during our entire stay. She offered great suggestions and advice that made the stay more enjoyable.

I loved my stay at the Meritel. It was fantastic, with an incredibly high level of service. Especially Ahn from reception was just amazing and made my stay 100% better! I would come back anytime!

It is highly recommended hotel. The staffs are very friendly & helpful. Reception’s Mike has recommended the tourist scenic points in details to us, and let us know the good restaurants locations too. Mike is very helpful. Thank you so much. The location is very good. We can easily access to those tourist & shopping area. The room is clean and tidy. Toilet has good shampoo and towels too. Quiet room and spacious.

Good location! Excellent staff especially Mai of frontdesk, Emma of the restaurant (May Tre Dan) and Hanh, the bellman. Definitely, we will stay at this hotel when we visit Hanoi next time.
There are many shops around and only 12 mins walk to Ta Hien Bar Street from the hotel.

A very nice hotel on the edge of the Old Quarter and close to the modern centre. Extremely nice and helpful staff that make all the difference. Excellent breakfast and very nice rooms. They also offer a range of very nice tours.

The minute I stepped into the lobby, the hustle and bustle of the streets disappeared. The hotel is tastefully designed with art deco pieces.
Lovely mosaic on the floor, fantastic breakfast layout. Totally enjoyed my stay.
A pity about being able to hear the traffic from my room late at night (we stayed on the 5th floor). Balcony is standing-room only.
