- No Large Gatherings: Ensure that the number of people in the condo does not exceed the approved occupants. Large gatherings are not allowed.
- No Rearranging Furniture: Please do no rearrange the furniture. It is arranged for the convenience and comfort of all guests.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the house. Please make arrangements for your pets before your stay.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum to respect the neighbors and other occupants.
- We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
- Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
