The room was true to photo. The full length window is what drew me, and it’s got everything I need. Only thing was the location was not where it’s stated on hotel.com. What more if you click the google map link it shows you a different location. So I had hard time finding this place. When I finally got to the place (which is a cafe shop front) I was asked of my WA and communicated thru WA that the room is in a completely different location (not walking distance to old quarter as advertised). So check-in was a HUGE HASSLE; location wasn’t true to info; other than that it was okie.

Good design, good facilities, good location and clean! The view was great.

it was the worst experience for this apartment which i have ever. there was no staff to support. for 24 hours, water pumping motor noise made me no sleep well. no elevator and requesting room cleaning fee by cash. never recommend to customers.

Good location, friendly staff, nice service. The staff always accommodate to all my requests. The room was so cozy and clean. Best value for money here in this area.

Location is excellent for tourists or holiday makers. Flat is self-contained and very comfortable.There is also a beautiful green tree growing outside the full length windows. You won’t regret choosing this one.

Omg I can tell this is the most beautiful apartment I ever stayed in! The room is exactly same as photo, and the location is near to Hoan Kiem Lake (only took 10mins. Staff are very kind and responsive, they gave us a lot of tour guides and recommendations too, I will definitely go back if I visit Ha Noi.

Such a nice flat - I've stayed in a few apartment across vietnam but this has stood out as the nicest. As I mention also, the owner makes this place even better - he's such a friendly man and always willing to help! Defo would stay again 👌👌👌👌
