It was a little bit removed from the main strip, which made it quiet and restful.. The service was lovely and it was the best breakfast we had in our trip -simple and delicious. I also has great views of the lake. The dinner was just ok, but we were tired and hungry and appreciated there kitchen staying open late for us!

Lovely property just outside town on route 9. Great staff, terrific restaurant, cozy room with a great view. Highly recommend.

This was our last night of the trip.
We got a complimentary drink each. The cafe and breakfast are had many large windows showing the amazing views of Torres del Paine national park.

This property feels special and welcoming. The views from the dining room are stunning! It’s nice to be slightly outside of town but still walkable. It was a great place to stay either side of hiking nearby

The property staff was very sensitive towards my family during a difficult few days in the middle of our family holiday. I really appreciate how kind they were towards us when we were dealing with some unexpected news during a trip while very far away from home. In addition to this the food was excellent- we had just come off the trail and their dining room was the best experienced in Chile. The rooms were small but extremely comfortable. They staff was very helpful in storing our luggage and helping us make arrangements for car services as well. I am very grateful to the hotel for taking such good care of us when we needed it most.

Our rooms were smaller than how they looked on the photos on the website. Nice seaview rooms nonetheless.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a quaint and semi-rustic hotel with all the amenities. It is outside of Puerto Natales, but the town is reachable by a 15-20 minute walk. Facing the water, it showcases some amazing sunsets.

Good breakfast and it comes with the room. Along with a free glass of wine. The place has a nice view too! I would highly recommend it!
