Well, I’m going to tell you in as few words as possible. As service animal owners know, it’s illegal to take a deposit for your animal but in addition to a $25 cash deposit, they wanted to charge $10/night for our dog to stay there. The first thing the clerk said while texting his boss was “We want to see his certificate (also illegal) I informed the clerk of the illegality of the things he was asking but I went ahead and offered a $25 deposit. We then went to the room and within 5 minutes the clerk was at the door asking us to leave. Shame on Hotels.com for not schooling the owners on this point as well. Saying “perhaps they have rules in place…”. We left only because hetels.com offered us an immediate refund! Never, ever stay here if you have a service dog or love dogs in general. I have already complained to the Attorney General’s office of Arizona .

Booked hotel on hotels.com. When we got there to check in, the people in the office said they were full. We said we have a reservation and we already paid. They said they have no rooms, and it's non refundable. They were rude and the most unprofessional hotels workers I've come across.

After checking in and leaving a $25 deposit they said only $15 would be refunded upon check out because there was a $10 housekeeping fee! Also had me empty all trash cans in the room outside in the dumpster.

I wouldn't have stayed if it was refundable. Almost didn't anyways. Hidden fees. Rude management. Condition was horrible. Just stay away.

This hotel was disgusting good thing I had my own bedding I was not sleeping on there linen and I also had my own towels to use wasn’t using there dingy nasty towels only cleaning that room had was what i cleaned myself now my room may be the cleanest room at that hotel the lady at night is very rude I was standing there for 20 mins while she just at the desk writing something on paper she just kept pointing her finger up hold on it was roaches in the room the toilet and tub was clogging up omg then they ask for a deposit and keep $10 for a cleaning fee when the room not even clean omg don’t I repeat don’t even waste your money even if it is cheap Nooooo….

Manager is very rude to customers and should not be running a business if she doesn’t appreciate customers who pay for service. The rooms have roaches and dirty bedding.

Where home & empty my bag and out run 3 roaches!!! Not for me. For 20 bucks more i should of stayed at La Quintana.

Woudlnt recommend if youre of any Modern hip looking minority type person and not from the land of caucus....and i dont ever sau this but 2 times now lol and luckily i thought it funny wasn't mad at all
