3 Bedroom, two bathroom, split level apartment on the western side of Princes Wharf, absolute waterfront, parking including.
Marine inspired three bedroom 134 m2 apartment on Princes Wharf, located on the top two floors of the building with large sliding doors opening off the living area out on to the west facing deck. Access is from the 5th floor, which houses two double bedrooms, both can be made up as twins or zipped together to make a king bed with an additional cost. There is a large bathroom on this level with both shower and bath and the laundry. Go up the stairs and take in the stunning view of the upper harbour, the master bedroom and ensuite get the morning sun on this level while the kitchen, dining and lounge open onto the west facing balcony. TV and high speed Wi-fi, heat pump upstairs and electric heating downstairs. Secure covered carpark included.

This complex was developed in the late 1990's on the original 1924 commercial wharf, the six shipping sheds have been redesigned and built to look like a liner. Shed 23 is on the western side with views across to the National Maritime Museum & Marina, the Harbour Bridge and the upper Waitemata Harbour. The wharf is still a working wharf and although the overseas cruise terminal was relocated to Queens Wharf in 2013, occasionally a cruise liner still berths on the eastern side of Princes Wharf. The western side is still used by smaller vessels such as the training yacht The Spirit of New Zealand. The wharf is now home to the Hilton Hotel, the Princes Wharf Apartments, some commercial offices and a variety of cafes and restaurants.

Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a minimum of $500 or $600 bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.
We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.
We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of others occupants in the complex.
Photo ID, valid email and phone number required.
Strictly no party and no noise between 11 pm to 7 am.
Strictly no smoking, vaping or drugs in the apartment.
The guest would be charged up to NZ$500 if a noise complaint or smoking trace is reported against them.
