The professionally designed interiors feature open-concept layouts, perfect for entertaining in the kitchen and dining areas.
This listing is for two separate units that share a balcony. It features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchen, two dining areas, and two comfortable living rooms. The living rooms and each bedroom are equipped with Samsung Smart TVs that have streaming capabilities. Additionally, each unit comes with a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay.

Guests will receive codes for the building and individual unit prior to arrival.
Our arrival and departure processes are contactless, but our property manager and/or front desk staff are available 24/7 during your stay.
Reservations are not confirmed until the Rental Agreement is signed. The Rental Agreement will be sent to you immediately after booking.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. NO EXTRA GUESTS. NO GLITTER/CONFETTI. NO SMOKING. NO ILLEGAL OR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. If you break any of these strict rules, you and your party will be asked to leave without refund and additional cleaning or management fees will be charged. We do not allow smoking of any kind in our building. We have a state of the art fire alarm system that will go off for vaping or smoking of any kind. If there is evidence found of smoking in the unit, you will be charged a $400 smoking fee and asked to leave immediately without refund. Glitter found in the unit is an automatic $100 additional cleaning fee.
