location and cleanliness.price was good too. front desk personnel was outstanding.

We would have appreciated knowing that there were no cups , cutlery etc in the kitchen area. you can rest some for $25 - don’t know if that’s per night or per stay as we didn’t do that. a kettle should be standard with 2 cups. not here. t

Nice View over the City and Landscape.

Noisy: Unfortunately when booking we were not aware that we will be staying in a student hall of residence. This would not be a problem, if it wasn't for the noisy surroundings. Furthermore, there seem to be a few racing enthusiasts on the parking lot nearby, who let their engines roar from 9 o'clock in the evening again and again. Uncomfortable: I have never slept on a matress this hard. I had better sleep when camping on a yoga mat. Dirty: the carpets and floors have big stains and are dirty. There were stains on the sheets as well. For one night this would not be a big problem, however we were utterly digusted by the toilet. Below the bowl there were stains and drops of pee, vomit etc. This hast definitively not been cleaned in the last weeks. We could have looked over everything else, but this was the final straw. They should make it more clear that this is not supposed to be seen as a Motel/ Hotel but rather a Hostel at the best. Nevertheless, if you plan to host tourists (or any guest) at least the toilet should be cleaned regularly. Very suitable If you are traveling in a larger group (bagpacking, Student trips etc) but do not stay here if you expect a relaxing vacation.

Room size and number of rooms. I traveled with my family, all 7 people, and we had 4 rooms. No problem at all.

Well, we already knew there was nothing in the room, so we had to bring all the stuff, but it was ok.

Room at the 10th floor, and has a nice view of the campus.

The location was not safe! My car got broken in the first night of stay, even I parked right in front of the main entrance. The staff did not warn us about the recently frequent break-in cases. And we are one of the three victims that night!

Location, and very friendly and helpful staff

I realize there isn’t a kitchen in the four bedroom suite. There are kitchens located on the fifth and tenth floors. We borrowed the pot and fry pan from the staff. Information received was a bit misleading.
