breakfast offering was sub-par for quick specific diet. there were silverfish near the sink in the bathroom

It was very clean and set up very well, accommodations were awesome

The only thing I can think of is the screen in the window was really dirty!

The breakfast and location were great! The kids enjoyed the pool.

The bed wasn’t that comfortable, the noise was crazy. We were on the third floor everytime someone walked above us our tv and the stand would shake.

Good sized rooms, comfortable beds and very clean. The swimming pool and hot tub were a lovely addition. Also the inclusive breakfasts offered a very good hot/cold selection in a nice diner style environment that was spotlessly clean and staffed. Also complimentary coffee/tea in the main reception area.

The room is big and clean. Most important is the bed is comfortable. The staff are very friendly and always similes. The staff who prepares the breakfast are very helpful. I had a wonderful vacation here. There are many big super-stores around the hotel. I took Ebus from here to Kelowna. Ebus station is near the Sahali Mall. Just a few minutes walk. Very convenient.
