We came to support my sister having a medical procedure at MUSC. The room was spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and hot. The location was close to the hospital but not right downtown Charleston. It was nice to have food delivered to the room from restaurants. We would gladly stay again.

Completely satisfied

The service, and staff were great. The room was clean and comfortable also, and the breakfast was terrific! The t.v. was really slow though, and there wasn't much to choose from. I wish I would've had a freezer as well. All and all I had a really great stay.

It was quiet water was cold when I took a shower

Water was cold and waited for more than a hour and it still was cold

I had to stand and wait at the reception desk for about 15 mins before someone came to the desk to check me in. there was a line of people waiting for the attendant.

Rooms were clean, staff friendly, location was great. Very quiet area.

Breakfast selection, would love to see fresh fruits, and fresher bakery items. Coffee selection for the room is awful tasting and no cream in rooms.
