We loved the pool area and the bar accessible to us at the pool. The room was nice as well. Can’t wait to come back

Dit is een prachtig resort op een centrale locatie. Ideaal om in de naastgelegen premium Vineland outlet te shoppen, om een paar dagen te ontspannen aan het leuke zwembad of om de parken te bezoeken. Er was geen ontbijt, maar wel een winkel/afhaalrestaurant met heerlijke gerechten voor een goede prijs.

We zijn heel tevreden over het hotel, alleen jammer dat men probeert timeshare te verkopen.

Hotel is perfect en het locatie centraal gelegen. Als shopper kom je niets tekort,genoeg outlets Atractie parken liggen hemelsbreed op 15 km en het is perfect te doen met de taxi.

Niet van toepassing. Wij hebben niets meegemaakt wat ons tegen viel. Alles was gewoon goed geregeld. Mooi top hotel.

Great pool, great daytime staff, huge rooms.

At around 11 pm, fire alarms went off in the village. We evacuated our room and eventually found out that there had been a fire, in the room adjacent to ours. Unfortunately, the sprinkler system flooded our room through an adjoining door. After everyone else was allowed to go back to their rooms, we were eventually told we would be given a new room because ours was still flooded. A security guard asked one of the bellhops to give me a ride on a golf cart to the front desk (which was four buildings away). He flatly refused, and then said he wanted to go look at the room that had caught fire before he took me. So I walked to the front desk, which didn’t seem like a big deal but did take longer than necessary. When I arrived at the front desk, I was told that a room had already been assigned to us and that another bellhop was already on the way with the new key. So I walked back. When I retuned to our old room, my husband was trying to pack up our belongings in a flooded room while also trying to calm our toddler. A customer relations woman was at the door and wanted to talk. I asked her to wait until we packed up. She left and never returned. After finding a bellhop to help us bring our luggage to a building on the other side of the property, we finally got into our room. It was after midnight. My daughter was wide awake from all the commotion, and didn’t go back to sleep until three in the morning. I called the desk to ask for a late checkout so we could at least get some rest. The woman who answered said she’d look for availability, then came back on the line and told me that she didn’t have a late checkout available for our room. After I told her I’d be contacting Hilton corporate, she magically found a manager and was able to get my checkout approved. Unfortunately she didn’t tell the housekeeping staff about our conversation, because they showed up at 10 am and woke up my daughter. We checked out at noon.

The layout and comforts of the room, the pool was pristine and perfect. We loved the lake most of all, teeming with wildlife. The grounds are well kept, very beautiful.

Quarto com cozinha completa, chuveiro, banheira de hidromassagem, sofá cama para os dois filhos. O cartão do quarto abre o portão que liga o hotel ao outlet da Vineland. Excelente vantagem para as compras. Hotel lindo, bem localizado e bem conservado.

Somente a limpeza foi reduzida para 1 vez a cada três dias, como a maioria dos hotéis em Orlando (provavelmente, falta de funcionários). Mas podíamos ligar que levavam rapidamente toalhas ou o que precisássemos.

Great location, great size condo and excellent facilities.

Parking was an issue close to our building especially when returning late at night. Regularly had to ask for clean towels as the maid service was not always available.

The resort was very nice, pools on both ends, I liked the screen in balconies as well. The bar pool was fun as well and all-around beautiful location shopping outlet right next door was great, anything you can think of eating was near by.

Elevators need upkeep. No one comes to take your order at the pool.

Wonderful weekend. Very clean room and clean resort, good area, no complaints on anything. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back.

The lady on the phone

Our king bedroom suite was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were omly missing a frying pan, and they sent one to the room. We loved the location as the villa is close to the Vineland Outlets and a Publixs Supermarket. The grounds are very well maintained and landscaped with beautiful plants and trees.

The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The bed linens and towels need replacing they were clean but looked worn and tired. As a villa presenting yourself as an upscaled establishment, your linen can be greatly improved. The room needs a full-length mirror, somewhere..anywhere, never knew you could miss a full-length mirror so much!! Wifi kept dropping out and then was gone for about 2 days before being restored.

The location

Hard to find a parking space at night sometimes. The elevator closed so fast that my gf got caught in between the door and hit her arm so hard that made a bruise and caused her pain. There was no indication that it was going to close fast. The Staff was there too.

LOVED BEING NEAR QUIET POOL WITH CORNER ROOM VIEW OF THE WATER AND FOUNTAIN ! THE CHECK IN AND STAFF WERE VERY PROFESIONAL.I HOPE TO GO BACK AGAIN THIS FALL. LOCATION EXCELLENT WALK TO OUTLETS PUBLIX WALGREENS AND RESTAURANTS !!!

La ubicación es magnífica. Cruzando una puerta llegas al centro comercial. Es maravilloso. El lugar es cómodo, excelente lavadora de ropa, de platos. Mesa cómoda con buenos utencilios de cocina, microondas enorme igual que el refrigerador y todo lo demás, en síntesis, es como sentirse en casa, hay de todo.

Hay mucho ruido proveniente de las habitaciones superiores, cuando mueblen muebles, sillas, mesas, etc, ya que el área del living comedor no tiene alfombra ni piso suave, entonces al mover muebles se transmite todo el ruido hacia abajo, es un poco molesto, afortunadamente hasta una hora prudente, Por las tardes en mayo, cuesta demasiado estacionar dentro del complejo, finalmente puedes conseguir un estacionamiento, pero lejos de la torre donde te quedas.

Hair dryer sparked when turned on. Replacement was dirty Electric plugs defective. After a hor waiting took dryer to front counter to get working dryer. Very unhappy..

Did not have breakfast

Didn’t like how parking was set up if I’m at villa 6 I might have to park further and call for ride that is kinda frustrating not having your vehicle by ur villa

The single room size is perfect for 2. Bathroom is good size. We love the kitchenette. Bed was comfortable and didn't hear noise at night. I was at the Fresco early in morning for my coffee, and the staff are smiling and so nice.

The refrigerator froze our items no matter what setting it was on. Not a huge deal. We forgot to report that.

I loved my suite it was amazing and the staff was so helpful!! Very clean!!
