Breakfast was good. Didn't like the buffet as much as the menu.

It’s not far from Beale st.

First night of valet parking money was stolen from husband. We informed PMC valet parking attendants and also the doubletree front desk. No one ever resolved the problem or acknowledged who had taken the money. When my husband went to confront the young man who had last parked our car the young man immediately got defensive and proceeded to curse my husband and tried to attack him. The police or hotel security never showed up to file an incident or police report. The water in the shower was ice cold, the beds were dirty, and the hotel was VERY OLD AND OUTDATED. This hotel is nothing like the pictures online. I called Hilton customer service as soon as I got home to explain this whole TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience. I will never stay here again. Also, we weren’t the only couple with a bad experience this stay there were multiple parties with problems of missing items from their cars and the valet attendants were taking things from money, jewelry, guns, and other personal valuables from them. They will also misplace car keys and not know anything about where they are or who had them last. It was very displeasing and an unorthodox stay. Trust me save your time and money and book elsewhere but here.

The elevator was nice .

There was no microwave in the room. The bathroom had a paper shower curtain when the picture showed a glass door. Valet took forever to get my car and also pulled my car up for the wrong person. I paid $250 for one night & the entire night was 6/10.

It’s downtown in a very congested area due in part to the attraction of Beale Street. There are great amenities in and around the location .

The smell in the room, the bed sheets being suspect, and outdated rooms(renovate is needed)!

The lobby is very nice. The restaurant attached was good and funky. The room was HUGE. Beds were comfortable. Pretty quiet room.

The bathroom was dark and the shower was like a cave...not having a light. It just needs to be removed because it makes zero sense to have a cave-like, mis-matched tile shower in addition to the shower over tub combo.

The staff. The staff charged me a animal fee for my service animal. Very rude staff.

The location was excellent.

I had reserved a room with a King Bed in it months in advance. When I checked in, the room we got had 2 double beds in it. When I asked the front desk about it and told them that I had booked a room with 1 King Sied bed, the response I got was, "oh, we overbooked our rooms with King Beds so double beds were all that are left." That was the only response I got...no apology or anything. I was very disappointed because my boyfriend is very tall and had to sleep in a small bed for 2 nights. We are accustomed to a King Bed and had to sleep in a double bed all weekend. Also, when I went to get in the shower, there was a box and a used bar of soap and a long hair in the soap holder in the shower that we had not used yet. That concerned me over the cleanliness of the room.

Could use some updates in the rooms. And rooms and elevators need to be cleaned better. More sanitizing also. Room needed better lighting and outlets needed update.

the facility was old and tired. had not been updated in many years and showed the wear! the staff were unhelpful. room wasn’t cleaned and they told us that it was on website that you had to request cleaning the day b4. no help arranging transportation to airport. told you to get Uber or taxi on own. had a van to airport but only took airline crew not customers.

very old property, bathrooms very dirt, old and cracks everywhere. beds so uncomfortable, a/c so noisy. never recommend! very pricey for what is offers. no breakfast nor parking included.
