I had to leave the hotel that I had previously booked due to alot of issues. We got to the Hilton at 1000am. I wasn't expecting to be allowed to check in that early but we were asking for an earlier check in than 3. The desk attendant was able to get us a room then. It saved us big time, it allowed us to make it to our function on time but also we were able to get dressed.

Customer service!

They need to clean the rooms every day instead of on request.

Breakfast was good, fair price (booking through 3rd party voids breakfast coupons). Order off limited menu or "buffet", which was just oatmeal, cereal, pastries/breads, yogurt and fruit. Bed was comfortable, spacious room, very loud air conditioner. Did have coffee in room and small fridge. Good water pressure in shower.

From time we looked to book, to actually booking (about 1 week), the price had gone up significantly. And were sure to mention we did not get the breakfast because we went through 3rd party.

Hotel was nice and clean! we were able to check in a bit earlier which is always nice, staff was amazing & great location!

breakfast service wasn’t friendly. I had my family an requested for a bathtub but got a shower instead. Pool is not heated so we weren’t able to us it. the laundry room needs fixing, the washer left my clothes soaked and the dryer was cold.
