property is under complete remodel which is okay, but it doesn’t mean the property still has to be dirty. elevators don’t work so you have to use the stairs. stairs are covered in trash. also the stairs we used had a puddle of blood in them. hallways are dirty with debri. we checked in around 5 and we got to our room and our floor was soaking wet from someone just mopping. and ended up being sticky the whole time.

Absolutely nothing at all. The property is under construction, and the site failed to mention that.

our room was infested with cockroaches, there was yellow stains all over the bed, and the elevator was malfunctioning while we were in it.  The front desk and the staff don’t look professional and it’s just a horrible horrible place. 

Place was being remodeled, it was a disaster, the lobby, elevator room too, mistake on booking.com to allow customers to get a room here, we left within 30 minutes, I'm still waiting to qualify for a full refund. Ridiculous

In the corridors where the rooms were located, the plaster had fallen on the floor and there were large industrial fans to remove the dust. The room was dirty, and during the short one-night stay I could only count five cockroaches in the room. The room was among the closest to the motorway and poorly soundproofed from 4.30am onwards the noise of the trucks woke us up and we never went back to sleep.

There were cockroaches 🪳 everywhere and when I went to the office to inform the manager, she said we know I said, thanks I would’ve liked to have known before I checked in, police and firefighters because of belligerently drunk people screaming for help Urine smells from people thinking the stairs was a great place to go… alarms set off at midnight because they used the emergency fire exit

Currently under renovations. Floor in our room was not clean. Room had a slight smell of smoke when it was to be a smoke free room.

The room was filled with roaches stinky nota all over the room even found a nail on the floor dirty it had a strong smell we had to leave once I saw the roaches on my baby the staff was afoul a lady named lumped told us we would get are money back she had red stains all over her mouth like she was eating something awful experience we never got the the money back red roof has me blocked and booking cleaning their hands saying they didn’t take my money when it was them who I paid never booking with booking in my life agin been doing it for 10 plus years never again they don’t wanna lose the money they don’t have your back

There was no breakfast. Guy kinda rudly told us there was a IHOP down the road

When I booked this hotel the pictures looked great and price wasn't bad. When we got there the place was awful and under construction. The first room they gave us had water all over the floor and window was wide open. The 2nd one was better but when we got up in the middle of night or there was roaches everywhere. The bathroom had rust in the tub and when we left and came back the next day room service never showed up to give us more towels. And walls are supper thin you can hear everyone coming and going. I'll never go back or recommend anyone to stay there

Ac didn't work and the hotel is being remodel they didn't advise us before and you can smell all the paint and dust

The staff here is completely courteous we have been staying for over a week now as we're waiting for our new home to be ready rooms are always clean even with their innovations and repairs they're having to make unfortunately even their workers some that are daily temporary workers or neighbors are very helpful we can see my wife and I that for some of the guests that are making this establishment more of a residence for different reasons such as ours waiting for a home to be built and not want to be stuck in another lease the residents and the employees all get along well as if a family

The only thing I could say I dislike about the policeyis the checkout being at 11:00 versus some properties that are at 12:00

The location fit our leisure.

Our room was out or service when we arrived. We were given a room with a smaller bed and live insects on the broken floor. The entire hotel had a scent of cigarettes. Through every hallway there were dirty bed sheets outside of the doors along with full trash bags.
