The pool was down (wasn't told at check in and was the reason we chose this hotel) the internet kept kicking us off so we couldnt even use our devices. alsowhen we checked in guy told us breakfast will still be in the morning starting at 6 (Christmas morning) we get up there only bagels cereal and muffins. Milk was expired muffins were hard and the cream cheese for the bagels was runny and waInn! And no juice to drink... we had water or expired milk..... i get letting your people off for holidays but you shoul let your customers know not tell them it will be as usual and make sure the things there arent stale and expired!...the worst experience I've ever had at any holiday inn!

Shower area was weird. Suggest double shower head. And maybe removable handicap seating.

Everyone was friendly, quiet location, pool for the kids and breakfast was good

When we went to the pool someone had thrown up so we went and let the girl at the front desk know,she said she would have someone clean it.We went back later and it was still there so we didn't get to use the pool. Kids were disappointed
