We were placed in building 3 with the federal government housing placed their clients. The room floor was dirty, the bed was broken, the coffee pot was still on when we arrived with the glass broken and there was no remote for the television. They brought us a new coffee pot. The remote they brought to the room could not be programmed and they would not program it. What are you supposed to like with conditions the likes described.

This is an economy extended stay. It was clean and fairly well maintained. Understand they do rigidly require a $100.00 cash deposit at check in.

dirty, rude staff who just didn’t want to do their job, $100 “damage deposit” for a room that was filthy and had a hole in the bathroom door from someone punching it and had damage to the bathroom from a dog chewing on the wall, drug deals right outside.

My pillow and blanket had blood stains all over them which is a biohazard so I ask the lady at the front desk her name is arianna if she can change me rooms because my room wasn’t safe to sleep in and she said I could give her another $100 deposit when I had literally just checked in and she said could put me in another room with no tv tho I then asked if she could at least just change my pillows and blanket cuz they have blood on them and it’s not safe she laughed at me and said no.. The staff all lives on sight and runs the establishment like straight trash this place needs an inspection from the city ASAP !!! Not to mention the dirty floors and dead roches everywhere .

They cancelled my accommodation and put me in a room with no TV or no refrigerator!

Loud people, there was hair in the shower. Didn't like the fact you had to pay a $100 cash deposit.

Nothing about this place was worth the price even if it was free I'd never go back worst place I've ever stayed

Couldn't get into my room had to go to the office number of times just to get in my room there was no blanket the room still looked dirty front desk would not answer we finally left and went somewhere else
