Nothing! They turned me away! I booked a month in advance and even spoke to them 4 hours before arrival to confirm only to get there and they said they were triple booked and sent me down the road!

Because they rented my room to someone else after reservation was confirmed by call.

The breakfast was ok

The bathroom was to small I am 4ft 9. And I was having trouble with shower nxt to the toilet. The bedroom and bathroom was dirty when we checked so I had to clean it and the hotel staff was very rude when you ask for help.

My car was still there in the morning.

Coffee maker was useless, refrigerator didn't work.

It had a gate around the property

They had very little choice.

We found condoms in our room when we arrived. No toilet paper. Very unsafe neighborhood. They had a stand off while we were t the motel. Someone was arrested in front of our window. Pool had no water in it. Could not do laundry their washer and dryers were broke

Bath tub was dirty with hair and dirt, tub was clogged up, we had no toilet paper, the heat lamp in the bathroom was on all night and the room got hot. There was also trash by the beds and dirt all over the floor.

The ac was nice

I had a guest here that stays weekly! And he harrassed me and my guest, calling us heads and hobos! He was extremely rude but it did stop once I called the office!

Breakfast was great, the pool was awesome, the room was clean and beds were comfortable!

The man working the front desk who came in while my family and I were still eating breakfast and saw my son eating cereal and decided to put it away before he was done, my son asked for a second bowl but this guy obviously didn’t want him to have anymore. Same man also called us at 10:00am to see if we were gone we felt rushed not only with breakfast but check out also when we thought check out was at 11:00am he was rude and unkind. but other than that the lady who checked us in was nice and professional.

Bed had clean linen. Frig worked.

Trash strewn outside. Ice machine was locked up (had to wait for staff to unlock door). Bathroom next to lobby was filthy & unusable. No tissue (like Kleenex) in room.

Horrible!!!! A bunch of druggies outside!!! Our reservation was canceled due to over booking and didn’t find out till I arrived at 11pm. Never again will I book here

unclean room, missing sheets- no towels- sink not cleaned- no smoking room yet bedspread had cigarette burn holes- breakfast was horrible, oatmeal packets only. Room - hate rooms where they could not make proper repairs Got my ass out of there by 630 am

Did not like to stay as we got there there was no toilet paper and we're getting ready to go to bed that's the sofa bed was filthy bed sheets and blankets were dirty in the morning really got up to take a shower there was no towels

Absolutely Nothing!!!

Everything. An I'm not the kind of person who complains but this place was bad. The location was bad. Homeless ppl walking around outside. Lock on door was broken. Sheets an bed spread we're full of dog hair an dirt. Toilet was dirty an had pubic hair on seat. Floor an tables look like they hadn't been wiped down in months. Tub was dirty. All round disgusting. Staff didn't really care. Tried to change rooms an she told me key card was not working. Told her it looked like they didn't even clean the room that they must have just pulled the blanket over the dirty sheets an she said, "ya I wouldn't doubt it".Asked for clean sheets an she said they don't leave anything like that for night shift. Said they didn't even have clean towels. Completely ridiculous. Place is way overpriced for what you get. Don't spend your money here. Honestly your better off sleeping in your car.

Breakfast was really disappointing

The bed wasn't comfortable, feels like old bed, all worn-out. The room that we stayed that night. No shower curtain. Can't have extra coffee in the room
