The place was clean and comfortable. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. The free breakfast was delicious. Definitely a great place to stay for the airport or hospital.

The place was great, the only thing was the vending machine in the hall didn't work.

It was a bit "noisy" and therefore we didn't get a good nights sleep. We were on the first floor and the people above us seemed to be running around in their room. We were awaken by this activity.

We will request a room on the second floor for our next stay.

In the last five years I almost always stayed at Best Western, even when I travelled abroad. Continue doing an excellent job. Thank you.

everyone was very helpful

the Executive Building was quiet and had a nice, comfortable room. the shuttle driver was excellent.

attitude of receptionist on arrival - not a great welcome. breakfast was less fruit more fruit loops.

The hotel appeared well organized. our room had many amenities and looked nice.

It was a bit noisy when people walked by in the corridor but there was no noise late at night.

The bed and the tv I mean the room were clean and nice

Staff they have a bigot way of think they need to learn that black ppl where here first and we are very much I natives of this land so treat black ppl the same way you treat your family or friends

The bed was so comfortable. The mattress was perfect for my likes. We stay at the Best Western every trip to Albuquerque. Have not had any problems. Excellent place to stay. Clean comfortable and friendly staff.

The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and toilet paper and the bed was very comfortable. I liked it also had a fridge and microwave and cable. It was perfect for us and our 2 ESA animals. We would definitely stay here again at the best Western and staff was friendly and warm welcoming and it was perfect last minute booking, we originally left a motel 6 and very unsatisfied their but here at the best Western it was 10/10 for our visit we highly recommend it thanks again 😀
