Room had roaches that I stayed up most of the night killing. Nothing in the room except a chair, tv, and bed. No fridge, coffee maker ice ma on was broken. Key cards did not work well. -10 score. Even had one In my bed with me. No!! I did not cuddle

Our room had a bathroom door with multiple holes in it. There was no trash can. The room smelled. The staff was rude. Random people on the property 24/7. An empty pool with trash and dirty underwear in them.

Wasn't very pleased about only had a face towel in the shower nothing else when I asked for a bath towel the management said we don't have any

Everything could have been better I wouldn't stay there again

Nothing, the first room I was given I couldn’t get into for some reason, the replacement room was filthy, one of the beds had hair on the sheets, spend the extra money and stay at a nice hotel

The location is horrible the people walking around the property were sketchy but thank goodness they actually closed the main gate at night, i didn’t sleep well or feel safe

The room was not clean it had stains in the sheet no Mrcovae no Refration just to Towels the Managers said they don’t have no of this in no rooms and he wasn’t going to refund my money

staff was rude. i got in the room and floor was dirty with muddy footprints, and dirt on the floor like it has not been cleaned in months. no soap or shampoo. no hand towels or bathmat. only two towels. i asked for a bathmat and it was never brought to the room, and they never offered go place me in a clean room. never offered wifi password. had to go back to office to pick it up.

The property was full of homeless people and people doing drugs. I didn’t stay there. I asked for my money back and I left. It was a horrible experience

Manager found a room where I could park my motorcycle if front of the entry door to the room.

I really didn't enjoy my short stay there at all

I didn't like how the manager walked in people in the middle of the night without knocking on the door...the girl in the front office knew I had a reservation for the evening and didn't let anyone else know so while I was away he changed me again 25$ over the booking Price...then said he reversed the charges besides I asked the girl in the office for a cup to get coffee and she gave me a dirty cup and when I asked if there were any clean cups she rolled her eyes and walked away

Property didn't meet minimum standards. There were no towels soap etc at all. There was no garbage can. There were no batteries in the TV remote. The sink didn't work. The refrigerator didn't work despite being plugged in and having a working light, I had to throw away all my food in the morning when I discovered it had gone bad. And even though there was a 24 hour desk supposedly, the was nobody on duty to ask for soap towels batteries etc. I was unable to take a shower or ask for a refund in the morning. My bed was fine but the other guest complained that his was just a sheet over a box spring. I couldn't sleep, shower or preform basic hygiene.
