The location was perfect.

We were in dangerous weather conditions with life-threatening tornadoes all around and the front desk staff wasn't prepared to advise the guests on what to do.

The rooms were very clean and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. I was impressed with the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. I also liked the ease of parking.

The only thing I didn't like was paying for parking in their parking lot.

How the security guard approached us we pulled in. He doesn't have to be so rude. I know he's doing his job, but he could be a little friendlier. Didn't have adequate amount of towels

Location was great

The first room 622 that I checked into all of the drawers were left open, beer was in the fridge from a preview occupant, trash in the toilet, the toilet ran all night then the odor of marijuana saturated the entire 6th floor. I reported the odor to the desk and nothing was done about it that afternoon, that evening I reported it again and they moved me to another room. I have spent around $1000 dollars on rooms in the last three weeks at two different Residence Inn locations and the experience was definitely subpar. I would not refer other travel nurses to your facilities.

the beds were terrible and there was spiderwebs all in our room. 379 a night was not worth it.

Convenient location

It was a little noisy from traffic but nothing unexpected from a city

The location, and staff was very friendly.

We paid nearly $900 for two nights, which I was completely ok with. At check in they informed us that we had to pay an additional $18 per night to park our car at the hotel. I have never in my life been charged to park my car at the hotel I was staying at. This hotel has ample parking so I cannot understand the hotels justification for charging their guest (who are already paying for a room) to park their car at the facility.

Thouroughly enjoyed our stay, it was right there within walking distance of everything downtown, very clean & the staff was professional and kind.

we stayed in the one- bedroom king suite, the pictures make it look bigger than what it actually was…not that big of a deal! We just needed a bigger unit for our big family.
