The staff was really personable and friendly, and the location was convenient.

The facilities left much to be desired. It's bare bones, which I suppose is to be expected for the price. The toilet had been used but not flushed before our arrival. The shower leaked so badly it sprayed water all over the bathroom and there was no way I'd walk anywhere in the room without the protection of shoes. We arrived quite late and had a very early morning departure ... otherwise we definitely would have found an alternative.

The motel is conveniently located to Joshua Tree National Park. It was nice to have a mini fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

The motel is right on the main highway so it is noisy all night with traffic. The room was fairly clean, but the floor needed to be mopped. This was very similar to what you would find at a Motel 6.

I was a bit unsure about how this motel would be but I was pleasantly surprised! It was probably the most spacious motel room that I have stayed in! In good location off the main road. My room was towards the back so no issue of noise from the road.

Parking spaces were a little tight (by American standards) but really nothing to complain about.

Everything was ok. It was perfect for one night stay. The value of money very good.

someone stole a pair of sports shoes. however, we should not leave them at the door. The receptionist checked the cameras and apparently a homeless woman came and wrapped the shoes. She offered us money for the stolen shoes as compensation/apology. we didn't expect such a reaction. It was very nice from her side.

Location and Swimming pool.

Shower could do with updating.

Convenient location. Comfortable. Nice helpful staff. Attractive layout of the apartments in a horsehoe shape.

Everthing was fine.
