I would love to give a higher score but the bed and loveseat were so hard, it was miserable. We were waiting on some things to be completed and spent a lot of time in the room. I invite their leadership team to spend the night in 405. Otherwise, the hotel is absolutely perfect.

This hotel offers everything the “Big Guys” do at a fraction of the cost. Friendly, helpful staff, well appointed rooms/bathroom. Comfortable beds.

Overall stay was excellent. Would have rated 5 star, but the headboard of the bed covered the electrical outlets, and there was no bulb in the lamp on the bedside table on one side of the bed. Did not matter much about the light bulb, since the lamp could not be plugged in anyway. So, whoever chose the headboard made a very stupid choice. I suspect that not having open access to the outlets is a code violation.

Totally not being a “Karen” but I do own a cleaning company and I know how important reviews are. Don’t worry I’m not leaving a bad one that doesn’t help anyone! So just a heads up on the cleaning for your training purposes. The floors were not swept, moped or vacuumed. There were crumbs and hair on the floor. The shower was absolutely not wiped down either, it had black hair still stuck to the walls, my daughter has long blond hair and mine is red. The microwave had crumbs, the fridge was completely not cleaned, the dishwasher still had a spoon in it. The air conditioner was off when we came in and it was 84 degrees. Honestly if we had not drove 11 hours in my daughters big jacked up loud truck I would totally switch rooms. But we are exhausted and have to get up early and she is already in bed. I’m just convincing myself the sheets were changed! But…Stephanie is absolutely amazing! She was a breath of fresh air as soon as we walked in! She handled the situation completely professionally. The hotel is gorgeous as well. Thank you for the offer to switch rooms, I would however like a refund for the room due to the condition it’s in.

The entire staff was truly AMAZING. We arrived 3 hours before check-in and we were able to check in early. The hotel itself is brand new so everything was beautiful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok. They probably could have a little more options. I would definitely stay here again.

A great little suite with everything you could possibly need. Seems they thought of everything from a toaster to pots and pans, with mid-size refrigerator and small dishwasher. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was excellent. Extremely spacious and comfortable but the property was still being finished. So there were contractors hammering , cutting, and drilling in the lobby. Even still we had a pleasant and restful stay.

So comfortable, spacious, quiet and super clean and new! With the hotel being new, I really loved and appreciated no dingy or musty smells like other rundown hotels! We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay!

Staff was very nice and helpgul. The facility was very clean and the staff was also very understandable. Thoroughly enjoyed it and i will most definitely return.

Checking in was easy and the staff were sweet and attentive. The only downside was the internet was out, so we weren’t able to access our room keys at that time. I will say the staff was one step ahead and figured out a system by escorting each person to their room and opening up each room using the master key.

Beautiful stay

BEWARE! This hotel is only a few weeks old BUT we had a horrible nights stay because there was a HUGE bug that crawled across the floor in our corner suite (331) at 11:00pm at night! My husband took a picture of it (after killing it) and even showed the actual bug to the front desk clerk who apologized but then tried to minimize it by saying it was a "common" palmetto bug that can be found throughout GA (looks like a huge cockroach to me). After getting keys to another room on the 3rd floor, my husband went to that room to check it out before moving all our stuff and he saw the same type of bug run under the fridge! Trust me, all I wanted to do after hearing that was leave the hotel but based on the late hour, I conceded to my husbands wishes and we stayed in a room on the 4th floor getting very little sleep and left very early next morning. No one offered us any financial reimbursement (or reduction in price) for our horrible nights stay, even though we paid the hotel directly at the desk upon check in (after booking it with Expedia).

Very clean I need Hotel. It is also pretty new rooms and bathrooms are really nice. I would definitely recommend it!

Stephanie and Melissa at the front desk were as helpful as possible. The Internet connection was not working, which was out of their control. Room was clean and small. It served our purpose of an overnight stay during our travels.

The hotel couldn't provide keys for the rooms and someone had to accompany the guests to open the dor of the room. They blamed it to Microsoft even though we had traveled for days and stayed in different hotels without any inconvenience. Then, standard login to Internet wasn't working so I had to call the front desk... we had to spend 45 minutes on the phone for tech support to help us connect. The AC was really noisy all night (it's a new hotel!!) and there was a closet with white light inside that didn't turned off so the room wasn't dark even with the closet dors closed. We couldn't sleep with that light on. I called about this issue and told me that, because is a new hotel, the closets don't have switchers yet but the light should turn off in 10 to 15 minutes... it didn't happen. It was well passed 1:30 am when we called again to complain and we were told to turn off the main switcher. In summary, we arrived around 9:00 pm exhausted after driving for hours but couldn't sleep at all. Totally unaceptable! We will not come back!

When first checked in older white girl was extremely rude. Did specify why I need to enter a card, I thought it was for deposit. When I asked, she said to pay. I showed her my clearly paid for stay receipt (paid in full) and she said it wasn’t good enough to get in touch with 3rd party company walked off. She needs to speak to them on the phone first. Very rude. Never experienced rudeness like this. The manager was able to step quickly once he seen her being rude, he was very polite. I’m satisfied with my stay. That’s the only negative experience. The rest was good.
