The room was quiet and clean.

The computer were down and check in was slow, but the staff was working hard to get people in their rooms.

the shuttle is not free (15$ per run!!!!) and by reservation only. and only work between 6-11pm. which make completely none sense. LIAR AND I AM VERY UNSATISFIED!

Good value for the price and the separate restroom and vanity was great. The room was spacious with tons of space to store belongings. Very close from the North Star mall and airport. There was also a Whataburger , Canes and other Mexican spots around the area. Freeway was also very accessible.

The entrance of the motel was a little confusing and I didn’t like that I could hear people talking and walking around all night long when I was trying to get some sleep. Also the lighting wasn’t the best but Other then that it was a pleasant stay.

They asked for a $60 deposit for smoking and or pets, returned back when we left. That was not included in your hotel description.

The room was perfect for the price. Clean, well maintained. The driver who took me to the airport was very friendly and helpful.

On your website, it states an airport shuttle is availalbe. However, once I booked and indicated I would need a shuttle at 2:30am, I was told the free shuttle doesn't shart until 6am. There was a charge of $15 for shuttle service earlier than that. That needs to be indicated on the website as that was very important to me in booking a hotel. As a result, I will not be booking with your hotel again. Also, when I arrived, my friend driving me asked if this was the office. I went in and asked, is this the office. The receptionist on call, Coy, said, "no, the office is 3 blocks away, you have to check in there and walk back." A guest there said "Yes, this is the office." He was a real smartass. Later, when I could not get wifi to work in my room, I asked him about it. He tried to get it working but it didn't seem to work. He stated he thought I had booked there before. When I said I had not, he said " all of the immigrants coming in started looking alike to me." I stated I was not an immigrant. I am a white, American woman. He said he knew that so I don't understand his remark. He needs a little training in my opinion on customer service. I did have internet in my room when I got back to it. The young man who drove me to airport could not have been more helpful and friendly. He was great.
