The front office girl was fantastic during the day time and housekeeping was super friendly!

Breakfast could use more than one waffle maker, area is way crowded, ur literally leaning over people sitting to get plates and to use the waffle maker.. Next the room where to start first one was dirty hair and used shower stuff still in tub, dirty washcloth on floor and counter had some sticky stuff on it. second one the bed cover had dried blood on it and i stripped the bed and took it down to the front desk. The room was in a horrible spot and loud af! People all hours running around yelling talking loudly u can hear next door rooms people laughing..

Ordered king suite fire place didn’t work called and reported it and in 3 days never fixed it. There was roaches in the room. Never received clean towels. The breakfast was horrible warm milk only two types of cereal only one waffle maker. Nothing like they showed on advertising pages.

I liked the location and the price.

The beds were not comfortable, and they were pretty small for saying they were queen sized. Seemed more like full size beds. The bathtub in our room was quite awful, because you definitely couldn’t stand in the middle of it without fear of falling through the floor. To paint a picture: it was bouncy. Not something you expect in a bathtub, but guess I shouldn’t have been surprised with the price being as low as it was. I could go on, but basically just know that the price is low because of what you get.

Didn’t stay death in daily, promised a refund and never got it. Sad times and bad management!!

We've stayed here several times on our way into Gatlinburg as we usually arrive a day before checking into our cabin. The location was convenient, the room was clean, and the beds are comfortable. Great value for the price.

Room smelled moldy and damp and I killed a cockroach on the tv table. Gross! Staff weren’t able to relocate us to another room even though it showed available room in Booking.com. Skunk by dumpsters prevented us from using trash. Door and bath run down.

The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. It was located near to the areas we were going.

Carpet was older and the tack strip in the doorway was exposed, we kept stepping on it. The desk clerk was borderline rude when I had to keep asking for towels that weren't given by housekeeping and wasn't there quite a few times when I had to go in there. The pool was not cleaned well, it had hair, bugs and oil floating on the top in the mornings.

The jacuzzi in the room was nice.

Housekeeping did a poor job of cleaning our room throughout the week of our stay. Trash was collected and fresh towels were given. That was the extent of the clean for the week. We requested a deep clean every other day and it was not provided.

We loved our room. Very clean, comfortable & quiet. We're looking forward to staying here again soon!

The price was right

The area for breakfast was way too small. The room smelled awful and our toilet quit working

The staff was rude. The room beside us keep us awake.all night not enough handy cap parking. They didn't even cleane our room the whole time we were there. We had to go get our own linen and had to wait for that. We were gone and they just throwed them on the bed.

Friendly, helpful & amazing staff members! Every single individual I encountered over my 3 day stay. 😊

Could have been a couple more breakfast options. 🤔 Definitely should have provided butter for the waffles. Room was not so clean. Fan in bathroom made a constant buzzing noise.

Road noise but not the fault of Hotelh

Room was very drafty front door didn't have a seal on it so the cold air and noise came through. door was rusted and molded. Mold in shower. The room had a horrible smell to it. we tried to cancel the second night but was unable at first then they called back and said we could but there was no other rooms available so we stayed both nights. Limited Parking. breakfast was waffles could offer more. bed was ok.

Great location, clean room, friendly staff

When we arrived to check in, we were told that we needed to pay a $100 cash deposit even after they had already charged us for the room. They would not allow us to check in with the cash deposit so I demanded a refund.
