No estaba limpio, no había nadie que hablara español, tanto la habitación, el baño y los pasillos apestan! No volvería allí ni por 10$ la noche! Y las camas sonaban con cada movimiento que hacía en la cama no sabía si dormir allí o mejor no dormir, no es buen lugar para descansar.

Man who was there was friendly and tried hard to help us with the problem of the room's door key not working; and when he finally got it to open, then he came back again when I could not get it to close properly, so he came back again. He personally was very nice and tried helping the best he could.

The fact that the door key wasn't working, then once the man took the lock apart and put it back together and left, when I was going back out to the car, the door would not shut properly (lock) so anyone could walk right in. I had to call for help again, and then was shown that I would have to pull it very hard and SLAM it in order for it to close and be locked. We are normally very considerate people when closing heavy hotel doors because we HATE how so many people just let them SLAM shut no matter what hour they are coming in or how early they are leaving in the morning. But we had no choice then to appear to be the inconsiderate door-slammers! BREAKFAST: My husband will normally anything without complaining, said: "Those were the most AWFU:L eggs! The texture was pasty and they were like mush." They were out of milk and another item, but it has been long enough that he cannot remember what it was--something basic. He did not go at the last minute either. He did say he felt like the lady there was working hard and doing the best she could though. I ate instant oats I brought in the room which had a microwave and fridge.

Breakfast was amazing. Clean eating area & the butter was even soft enough to spread instead of frozen! Good job!

The hotel is kind of run down along with the furniture and interiors of the rooms.

Look good on the outside, but the maids don’t clean very much inside. The entire hotel was dirty. Floors hadn’t been vacuumed in the hallways and it was evident. On our way out, I noticed a price of chewed gum on the carpet behind the door. There wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner in our room and we had to come downstairs and ask for it. The key cards stopped working and after trying 3 times to fix them, the front desk attendant had to come upstairs and plug a machine into the reader to make them work. We only stayed one night and I wish I had asked for a refund because it was the dirtiest hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. Go to the Holiday Inn or Fairfield. Do not waste your money staying here.

There was dirt visible everywhere, room air conditioner smelled and thought it was going to catch on fire, tv remote didn’t match the tv in our room, spa room was very dirty, the pool was gross, the pictures online didn’t match the place we stayed.

Everything was great rooms were clean and staff was very nice and helpful . beds were very comfortable will recommend your hotel to our family and friends.

It was clean inside. I stay there because it's pet friendly, beds super comfy

Outside grounds had a lot of trash & debris which is annoying when you have a dog. Im all for a heated pool but it was too hot.

No warning of construction during our stay. Very loud starting before 7 am. Breakfast was sad sad sad.

Hotel was clean and tidy, lobby was spacious, rooms were good sized and updated nicely and we’ll appointed (the big tv was a great treat at the end of a long travel day!). Beds were good. Staff was very kind and attentive which raises this hotels rating in my eyes.

Keycards failed on us every other use no matter what we did, and as we were on the fourth floor, it wasn’t a simple run to the counter. Pet fees were extra (only $25 luckily) but not listed on the main page when I booked. Breakfast was lacking, nothing aside from heavy bread choices and watery scrambled eggs. A better breakfast would have upgraded my review greatly (traveling with kids can be as challenging as traveling with pets)!

My 2 large dogs were able to stay without a pet fee.

Kept having trouble with the key cards

The room reeked of pet urine! It was hard to breathe in there.

The beds were not really comfortable need to be replaced. Wasn't really clean has gone down from the last time we stayed Here location was good for access to highway. We put a box of pizza in the garbage on Friday and when we left on Tuesday it was still there. Outside garbage was overflowing and all on the ground.
