Quick response from maintenance staff. Cleanliness of room. Comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water.

The television cable system was very confusing/not user friendly. No instructions in room as to how to operate it. Toilet tissue was "rough" to say the least.

We loved the location. It's easy to find and just a short drive to everything we wanted to enjoy, without the traffic noise of the parkway. The private balcony was perfect and had a great view of the water. The staff was very friendly and quick to help when we had small issues with the door and tv. We will definitely be staying here again!

The only issue we had was the door keys didn't work and a power surge knocked out the tv for a while. The maintenance man was very quick to respond to our troubles and was very nice even though it was a little late in the day.

We liked the location, cleanness and the hardwood floors. Hardwood floors were much better than some old carpet.

Unfortunately, we had to return home a day earlier than we had planned. I asked the motel front desk person if I could get one night's room rate credited back to my charge card. He said they usually could but since I booked through Booking.com they could not give me a refund.

Well I pay extra to get a hot tub. Me and my husband work in healthcare and we never get time away together well the first night we got in the hot tub and while we were almost ready to get out we received a phone call asking us if we had been using the hot tub we said yes we were the hung up then about 15 minutes later another hone call about the same thing. They asked then if we had overflowed it my husband said no we didn’t. Well we went on with our planned night of each other about 30 minutes later while we were very busy there was a banging at the door and I barely opened the door and said let us put our clothes on I was a little mad. Then we got our clothes on I opened the door the little man asked did we over fill the hot tub I said you want to cone in and look and he did they were 2 towels in the floor where we had dried off is all it did not over run he said he was sorry and left the room. The next morning around 8 or so banging on the door AGAIN woke me up my husband was already on the balcony letting me sleep well the man asked if we had a dog and I said no we do not have a dog he said that they had been complaints about barking out our room. My husband then came in and we told him we had no dog in our room . We left our beagles back at home. We were bothered so much during our visit we are 56 and 61 we just wanted relaxation away from life.

Everything was great!

The beds were very comfortable! We were able to eat breakfast next door at Shoney's with a discount for staying here. My grandson loved the ducks outside!!

The only complaint was there was no microwave in the room. We usually bring food to the room, but with no way to heat it, we couldn't do that.

It was nice to see everyone visiting by the pool area and enjoying themselves! Also a super cool trail behind the property with a creek and benches to enjoy!

The pool was very warm.

Staff was wonderful and in a good location. Great value for the price. Appreciated the use of the elevator. Enjoyed balcony overlooking the river. It was quiet and we felt safe. Beds were comfortable- slept great. Amenities as described.

Room was dated and had some outlet covers missing/other little odds and ends that could use some love. No breakfast but received 10% off local restaurant. Could’ve used a few more pillows.

The shower curtain was hung way too low, you would step on the curtain while taking a shower. The shower nozzle was also way too low. It was about neck height. It needed to be raised.

It was a clean & well maintained building. It was comfortable, staff was friendly. I loved the ducks and geese out back of our room. The pool was very convenient and clean. Maintenance/Security guy was on site and constantly observing the whole grounds.

It was a little dated, could've used a smart tv for the rainy day stay. A light odor due to a little bit of a dated building, but not too bad.

The balconies look over the river and an array of water fowl. Lots of ducks and geese are always around the grounds to watch. The Sevierville Greenway trail starts at the side parking lot making an approximate 2 mile loop. It’s the perfect way to start and end the day. The trail is paved and is fairly level with a slight incline at each end, nothing strenuous.

Price was affordable

They didn't sweep very well. There were tonail clippings by the nightstand

We liked the view out the back on the balcony. There isn't much else to say, the view was good but everything else was pretty subpar or downright terrible.

We didn't like the state of the cleanliness. The sheets were very stained and there was hair everywhere. My partners pillow had a large crusty spot on the reverse side that was very reminiscent of an inappropriate bodily fluid. The showers were horribly lit with a terrible shower head and very gross looking floors. There were spider webs and pretty fat spiders all over the room and balcony so we tried not to leave the bed too often. The wifi was awful and when I called the desk to ask why the wifi doesn't work for hours at a time they told me it's because they don't actually own the wifi?!?!? The TV was a Vizio and they only had off brand remotes so it didn't work properly at all and the frame was cracked in multiple places. The disgusting state of my room made my partner cry about having to stay the rest of the night. In the morning we used flip flops to shower and made a point to not touch much on the way out.

The rooms are big enough that they were comfortable and the prices are affordable.

arrived at 1130pm.Checked in and carried our luggage to second floor room.When we opened the door found the room was already occupied.Gentlemen at desk was apologetic but that could get a quest hurt entering an occupied room in middle of the night .Only room left was 1st floor room and we were really looking forward to an upper floor with a balcony

The price was awesome for a Friday and Saturday night, and the location was only a few miles from Pigeon Forge.

The room didn't have a microwave. Apparently it's only in the front lobby. We never had to use it, but it would have been nice and convenient just in case.
