The size of the room was amazing for what I paid. Very modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was excellent as well.

The only reason I gave it an ‘ 8’ and not a ten was because the way the vanity is in between the two sleeping areas. There was no way to avoid waking family members while I was getting ready. This won’t stop me from staying there again though! :)

Loved the view of the mountains, friendly staff and cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms were very large to.

The staff was very kind, the breakfast they provided had a lot of options.

When we got to our room, the AC unit had been leaking and the carpet was damp. They sent staff to fix it, but the problem was never fixed. By the time we left, a good part of the carpet was soaked, and it was damp and smelly in the room.

Breakfast was sufficient. Good assortment of items available. Loved the location and very quiet. The balcony was an added bonus. We would def stay here again!

Our air conditioner had a smell and was quite loud even on low. The blue circle light on the sink mirror is really bright and when we were on our left side, the light was bothersome. We blocked the light at night with a box so as to remove the glow. The sink area was nice separate from the bathroom. Really liked that idea as two people can be getting ready at the same time without getting in each others way. There needs to be an additional hook to hang the towel on after both showering and needing to hang our towels separately.

Breakfast was good selection but even in steamers it was on cold side! Bacon, biscuits...I know breakfast is said to be free but it's figured in the cost of the room. Attendants were very sweet in the kitchen area.

The room had when we first arrive a very, very chemical smell of cleaners. I think it may helped cover the very musty smell that remained the whole time. We decided to go look around and eat dinner & see a movie. Upon return when opening the door there was still a slight chemical smell to greet us but the musty was really coming through. Bad for allergies & breathing problems! There was also the next afternoon a storm pass through, when it stopped there were four maybe five chairs in the pool. The tables where turned up so we didn't swim we found something else to do. The following day chairs were still in the pool & the turned up tables laying around. So we didn't swim before leaving.
