Big room and location

No microwave available, the fridge was too small and staff never went to clean our room when requested by putting the sign on door handle that said SERVICE NEEDED. Not even once. Bathroom door was sliding barn door style and had about an inch gap from wall. I think we paid a lot and didn’t get good services.

Easy check in , great location. Close to all visitors sites like the aquarium,pier etc

Room was clean & tidy. Location is superb. Close to 17 mile Drive & Monterey Downtown.

Excellent location, very convenient to get there, parking for cars is convenient very close to the room. Clean inside, good plumbing.

Not hospitable hotel employees, indifferent, not friendly, did not even really say hello, just gave the key without looking at me. I'd like to see more warmth and hospitality.

Entered our room, there was sand an long dog hair literally everywhere. Called into the office waited 20 minutes, called again then was told their maid was new an didn’t do a good job. They came an only swept the front of the beds. Had to get a broom and do it myself an wet a towel to mop the dirty floor with it. Paying 548$ for two days they should really make sure the facility is more clean

The people who maned the counter are friendly and helpful. The roomy room, and quiet. The bed is clean and comfortable.

The bathroom door does not fit with its track. There is a patch on the bathroom wall that cracked.

Our stay was excellent. We didn't have a remote for the TV. The staff at the front desk said she couldn't get a person to deliver the remote control until the next day

I didn't like the housekeeper knocking on my door before checkout time. He knocked on my door at 10:40AM

We chose this location because it was centrally located.

We paid for queen beds, but they were NOT queen beds, they were Full. The pool, jacuzzi & restaurant were all closed, and those amenities being available were the reasons why we chose the location. The wifi was horribly slow and kept kicking us off. The bedskirts had “white goo” on them. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. An alarm went off in the bedroom at 4am. The room where coffee was served was locked, and the telephones didn’t work.

First room had mold, broken door latch, and heater was not working. Not to mention, a male housekeeper tried to enter the room when we had the “do not disturb sign’ hanging on the doorknob. My daughter was in the shower at the time. We switched rooms and the 2nd room had no hot water. At that point we checked out of the hotel after 1 night. We could not stay 2 more nights under those conditions. Booking.com has reached out several times to get my money refunded. The Manager, Manuel is avoiding them. I will call the hotel corp office to file a complaint.

Convenient location, frwy close to Pacific Grove and stores in Sand City. Short drive to the wharf, cannery Row and the Aquarium.

The jacuzzi needs some work done, missing tiles, cleaning up of leaves, glad we were able to use it and it was open!

I liked the location which was excellent and the room was clean as expected.

I didn't like the restaurant not being in service. That was one of the convenience of the hotel I liked.
