Great value, lots of room for a family of six. We overall enjoyed the outdoor pool and the breakfast included in the price.

Staff gave a hard time to check in I arrived at 12:30am and was not let into my room until 5am because the staff was given me a hard time when booking had called them to let them know of the changes with my booking

Paying $60 for parking 2 days and making me pay $20 for junk that I do not eat or need. told me that i would get the $20 back on my credit card and never did.

My group was traveling for humanitarian purposes. Booking took our $715 dollars for 4 rooms but the hotel didn’t actually have any rooms available. The hotel tells us they can refund us booking has to booking days it’s not their responsibility to insure availability. Booking.com is fraudulent. Use another company!

Very roomy suite. Loved the two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms.

Anthony at the concierge was one of the most dedicated and hospitable front desk personnel I have ever encountered. He was so hospitable and understanding, despite the fact that I checked in very late and was scrambling to find a hotel room last minute. I cannot thank and recommend Anthony enough. He exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to accommodate my circumstances (my flight was re-booked to the following day on short notice and I had to find a hotel room ASAP).

There was nothing that I didn't like. I was appreciative of Anthony at the concierge and the shuttle bus driver that drove me to the airport. Both men were hospitable and friendly. My driver drove me to the airport at 4am on July 10th, 2023 - I can't recall his name, but he was awesome.

clean, breakfast included , super staff. Jezebel the front manager, was very helpful with resolving a booking issue. the young man scheduled Saturday evening and back again Sunday morning was very kind, especially to my grandson who looked up to him.

breakfast was chaotic. not enough food, plates, cups. continually running out and they basically stopped putting new stuff out at 945 even though there was a line of people waiting. Guests would try to say a specific item was out and the staff rolled their eyes

We arrived early to check in, because we just got off of a Disney cruise, Jazal was working front desk, amazing!!! Our room was wonderful, and we enjoyed the pool!!!

The only problem we had was that the driver of bus to take us to airport was late arriving to work, we were signed up to take the 5am bus, the driver showed up at 5:35!😡

Close to airport, Shuttle service free , Fast check-in and out, Free breakfast with lots of choices and very comfortable bed.

My daughter left her phone charging in the room, called the hotel and they said they’d hold it. When we came back to pick it up we were told it wasn’t there.

Very thin walls. we stayed there to catch an early 5am flight at MCO. We were unable to sleep at all that night. Sounded people/kids ran from one side of the hotel room to the other and continuously dropped something or maybe jumped. At midnight I called the front desk and it wasn’t until 2am before they stopped. By then my family had to get up to get ready. It was a waste of $250 as we were able to get no rest before the flight.

Near the airport, which was good. Shuttle to the airport was good.

Shuttle back from the airport was unavailable and the clerk couldn't have cared less. We took a taxi which cost $20.
