Closer to stores and places to eat

Air conditioning filters need to be replaced or make sure they are clean.. because they can build bacterias

Location was right near the military base where we were going so that was great and right off the exit ramp. Surprised that the room was a good size and fairly clean. I say that because the sheets had a couple of stains but they were clean.

We thought we were staying in the main part of the hotel when we checked in late even after telling them we were going to be late they acted like they couldn’t give us a room and then ended up sticking us in a separate building away from the main property and it was scary. This part was very run down facing the dumpsters of a business on the other side of a fence and just scary. I felt like the stuck me where people pay by the hour.

El cuarto estaba sucio, con manchas y el piso nada limpio, el personal totalmente mal educado y grosero en recepción y hubo un escándalo por parte de un huésped junto a mi habitación estuvo gritando y golpeando varias horas por la noche.

The fact I had somewhere to sleep.

Very poor area, bed was uncomfortable andthe room had an odor. Sheet has not been changed. Was itchy all night. Possible bed bugs.

Pool was clean

Room was filthy baseboards, floors, corners of the room at the floor and baseboards. Floors sticky. Air conditioning unit leaked water onto the floor and that floor area was disgusting and made the room smell moldy. Phone charging ports and even plug ins were all loose and didn't work well.

Can’t say much except Dunkin’ was 5min away.

Dirty & run down

The breakfast consisted of some cereal, one kind of bread jam , coffee, cream cheese. No eggs, no fruits

The room was in terrible condition: dirty walls,doors windows, pilling off walls paint . Mold in the bathroom, not functioning faucet , plugged sink. Microwave, TV were out of order. Later in the evening water flooded out on the bathroom floor. They moved us to another room and I was shocked to see that the bedding was not changed. Dirty linen with black hairs . Gods, it was so gross! I went to reception requiring nothing else but fresh bedding. I was told by the receptionist that they don’t have fresh bedding in their disposal, there is nobody to help me out. When I asked if I could take one bed sheet from another EMPTY room bed , he categorically refused explaining that the room might be rented out. It was shortly before midnight. He was unpleasant, zero customer care , couldn’t care less about the situation. Finally I asked for clean towels which I put on the top of my bed . I rested without taking my clothes off because I was so discussed . Apart from that, the patios surrounding the second floor were covered with old, dry dog’s feces . Cigarettes butts all over.. Dirty, filthy place... I documented it all on my camera.
