the room and the cleanliness

They billed me for an extra day that was not approved by me.

Staff was friendly, great location.

The indoor pool was disgusting-it smelled like a dirty fishtank, mold on the sides of it, and mosquitoes everywhere. The floor in our room was dirty-both the bathroom and room itself.

We went on Xmas Eve and Xmas there was not a lot of people but everything seemed good

All was fine. Very good big refrigerator.

1. I not like if someone coming in room, when I was here or outside. Cleaning person coming to room. After I out from hotel - she can cleaning how much she want/need. But not in time when I stand in my room. I not feel comfortable if someone walk between my staff and looking what I have (my clothes, food). 2. TV was old. And we want watch some movies. But here not have nothing for watch. Sad.

I didn't get to actually stay here. They didn't have my room ready, and no reasonable alternative.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Did not get our room we reserved even though we arrived shortly after 3pm. We were down graded suites with no before hand contact from the hotel to let us know about over the booking. Tub had rust rings and tile was coming up in bathroom

Staff was unbelievably helpful and nice, super clean and comfy beds. I wish i knew the woman who worked at night, she was an angel and id love to toss her a shout out. She deserves a raise! ;) Banging brekky, just like they used to do em precovid.

Location a bit off but that's only negative imo.
