Great breakfast and comfy bed.

The breakfast was cold. The biscuits was hard.

Bad smells everywhere. Unclean.

The staff was friendly and it was quiet.

The carpet in the hallway and room was dirty and stained. The shower was dirty as well. The hotel needs a really good cleaning.

the entrance is a nightmare, the room itself was in need of some deep cleaning. I’m fairly certain I killed a bedbug that was crawling on the wall by one of the beds. i googled what a bedbug looks like and it was a dead ringer. there also was hardly any toilet paper in the room with no extra to take it’s place which seems odd to me to not have a back up on hand in a hotel room. I’m also confused about booking a smoking room with NO ashtray. which isn’t a big deal but it’s stupid to not have them in the smoking rooms.

the staff was the only exceptional thing at this property, everything else was sub-par.

nothing was horrible, but nothing was great either. I could have stayed some place much nicer for considerably less and would have been closer to my work site, but I chose this location as I was assured they had soft mattress available which I requested when I booked. the room I was given did not and it was late and I was tired and didn't wanna deal with changing rooms. I was going to give them the opportunity to move me to a better room for my second night but my stay got cut short. the staff was more than willing to help but the property was less than great in all other ways.

The breakfast was a disappointment honestly. I expected more, and I had to wait 15-20mins for fresh eggs, fresh gravy, bacon, tater tots, since they were out when I got to breakfast at 10am. It wasn't that bad, I'm a patient person but I do expect it to be filled and ready for a $105 overnight stay.

Upon arrival, I attempted to pay with my debit card and it was declined numerous times. Very strange because I just used my card at multiple places before arriving, and I didn't go past my spending limit for my debit card. Then I tried my credit card, it got declined too. Which really became frustrating because I literally just got a new credit card and it was activated a few days before arrival. Plus I used it to get gas so I could get to the Inn. So I had to pay cash, and then put down an extra $100 deposit to even stay. That's was upsetting. The front desk lady, I think her name might have been Olivia, I'm unsure, but she was nice, calm, well spoken, and called her boss to try and get my cards to work. Her boss tried to run my cards over the phone, so they say, but to no prevail. I paid the extra $100 deposit, luckily I had the cash. I checked in, got my two room cards and proceeded to my room. Walked into my room and I seen there were only a little of toilet paper left on the toilet paper role, in the bathroom. I went to the sink, and the tissue box was about empty, only about 5 tissues left in there. I noticed a couple crumbs or something on the carpet floor, right in front of the bathroom door way. After getting settled in, I was looking for the remote to the TV and could not find it. Turned the TV on from the bottom of the TV, but could not turn up the volume so it was hard to enjoy the movies that were playing, as well as even change the station. I didn't like house keeping came knocking at my door at 930am. I expected to not be bothered throughout my stay. I open the door on the house keeper, she apologized for disturbing me, I let her know, it's okay. I take my stuff to my truck, she is in the room cleaning by the time I come back. She apologized again, I told her I'm here till 11am, check out. I get breakfast and come back, and she knocks again at 1030am.
