no towels and from 12am to 6 am the people on the next room were fighting and i called the office and they didn’t care and didn’t do nothing about it

The customer service upon check-in was great. The ladies were very nice and pleasant. I request late checkout at 12:00 and they were accommodating.

The property could have been better. I did not feel safe in my room and placed a call later that evening letting the front desk know of my thoughts. Also, the bathroom above was leaking down to the room on the first floor.

The staff was cordial. The sheets were clean.

This hotel comes up on Booking.com as an “airport hotel,” but that is not accurate. It is over 7 miles from the terminal and our Uber ride was over $40. We would have saved money by choosing a higher priced hotel closer to the airport. Booking.com’s listing said “free cancellation anytime.” It was only after making the reservation that we received an email confirmation stating that we could not cancel for free after 6 PM - that is not the same as “anytime.” The room was in disrepair, appearing as if it was undergoing remodeling. An extra mattress leaned against the wall. There was standing water on the bathroom floor. Painting and other other repairs were unfinished or sloppily applied. There was only one towel for the two of us, no visible wastebasket, no drinking cups and no hangers in the closet. The security lock on the inside of the door was broken. Perhaps most disappointing, though the room was marked “no smoking,” it had a very strong smell of smoke, as if the rooms around or below it were smoking rooms.
