The room had a neat, clean & spacious appearance

The refrigerator could have been without the previous customers perishables. The freezer door was missing and a large amount of frost was present. The weather stripping around the door was very inadequate, could see light from outside along most of the latch jamb, the entire bottom had a gap more then 1/4". The seat on the desk chair looked good but had next to no cushion. The air from the a/c unit stunk when placed in the heat mode. The metal base of the bed made loud buckling sounds at the slightest movement on the mattress. If I had not checked in after 6pm and being so tired from driving over 400 miles through the storms caused by Ian, I would have not spent the night.

Unfortunately there was nothing positive about the property.

Besides our room not being fully furnished as it was displayed on the website, but we had stained sheets, no phone to call the front desk in case of emergencies, our door wasn’t properly sealed, construction was going on outside of our room, and the front desk clerk was not very attentive to our concerns. Instead of offering us new sheets or a new room, he refused to tell us the refund policy.

The owner was very nice.

It wasn’t clean as I thought it would be. I was a little scared to even sleep in the room. The sheets and comforter was dirty. I saw roaches and other small bugs on the walls.

Close to Subway, relatively quiet, and staff was friendly. Restroom was huge and disability-friendly.

Upon walking in and turning on the light, it flickered and did not work. Also, no trash can in the restroom. Lastly, several strands of hair from a (presumably) woman were found in the restroom. The blinds also did not shut well, letting too much light in (there was a bright light right outside the room!).

Room was dirty and nasty. Pillows had plastic on them. Don't stay here.

They continue to change the name, yet it’s the same old hotel. The light work, the heat didn’t work. The water took forever to heat up. When I sat on the bed, it broke. Everything metal in there is rusty! The floors were not vacuumed. It smelled old. I only needed it for a night, but still it was not a comfortable experience whilst I was there. Upgrade the hotel or lower the price to match the experience.

This was the absolute worst dump, I can't even call it a hotel! Run down, smoke infested, peeling paint, bad bed, damp, musky, painted bathtub flee bag!!! I only stayed because everything else in town was sold out for the 4th of July weekend!!!

The whole place was dirty. There were buggers on the wall. The towels we stained. There were holes all over the wall. Stains on the walls and furniture. The bathroom is falling apart. The smell was terrible. The bathroom door was broken. We only spent 1 night at this place and that was more than enough. Never staying there again.

No breakfast offered...this motel overcharged my credit card
