Location, size of rooms

Breakfast service is always hit or miss. If you don’t get there right when they set it out, everything is out of stock and the staff is no where to be seen. You have to ask front desk to have it restocked and wait. Kitchen staff is not friendly or even acknowledging of patrons. I was there 20 mins after service started and there was no eggs, yogurt, bread, waffle mix, syrup, hot water for tea or forks. Told front desk and waited 15 mins for restock.

The room was fairly clean and it was a good location

Your system didn't work and declined all of my credit cards cards (cards which worked (and have worked since) at Wendy's and a gas station immediately after your system declined them. And i went to the credit union the next morning and they looked and there was nothing wrong with my account or cards). The front desk girl was insistent it was a problem on my end and refused to call anyone else to help me. It was late at night, after a long day of a 6 hour detour because of the fires and she was going to turn my family away before reaching out to any of her superiors. Thankfully, my teenage daughter had brought her debit card and we were able to use that. But the front desk girl was ready to turn us away because she refused to consider that your system could be having issues. At breakfast, there weren't forks and bowls and the ketchip bottles were all empty (literally every table) and the teenage girl in the kitchen was standing there on her phone ignoring it all.

Breakfast was ok. Room clean. Staff helpful.

Had fridge, no microwave. Door to bathroom, tight fit to use toilet. Shower poor water pressure. One staff front desk multiple duties, busy.

The staff was amazing they answered all our questions and quick about helping with things we needed help with they are very courteous in every manner.

The beds aren't very comfortable and it feels kind of small for a family of six the bathrooms are tiny divided off from the sink that feels like there's no room to maneuver in the small bathroom with the tub and toilet.

Breakfast area was very crowded. Ran out of coffee.

This hotel is fantastic. The people who work here are the real rockstars and they need to be applauded and thanked by name. They are: Lauren Novak, Michael Schwenn, Lindsey McCalla, Taylor Jensen, Tiffany Hamby and Carly Woodhouse. So grateful to all of you who helped make stay so enjoyable. Thank YOU all so much.
