The facilities were excellent, the girl serving on the bar, was very educated and interesting... my wife and I enjoyed talking to her...she provided excellent drinks and food.

For the purpose of our trip, it was perfect.

Love the space in the room and the microwave was very convenient 👌 👍

The water pressure was a bit light, wasn't impressed. Could be running harder. The waiting for the food section to open at 5 was a bummer as well, we need that section to be open right through.

Exceptionally well kept! We noticed upon arrival that the Hotel was very nice.

I was charged twice for my room at this property and haven’t received my refund yet. I got a prepayed room and made the payment two days before my arrival to booking.com. I was told I had a deposit, the deposit was 200+. I called back a week later and was told the deposit usually takes a while to release. I called a few days after that and was told I did not purchase a prepay room and that they did not receive payment from booking. They also proceed not to answer the phone when contacted by booking. This completely put a sour taste in my mouth. There was no apology about the additional payment, but I was blamed for “not boooking” what I indeed did book originally, hence why booking.com was able to confirm my completed payment for my PREPAYMENT room. If I had not called to check I would have paid 500 total between both payments I’ve made. It has been almost a month and unfortunately I am still working to get refunded for the properties mistake. Booking.com has been absolutely lovely in how they’ve handled this situation. The customer service has been impeccable and I will continue to use Booking in the future. Every single customer service rep has been so amazing. But this property?? I will never stay at ever again. Suggestion? If you have a prepayment room call before hand to verify they acknowledge your payment and take the persons name down.
