Alles soweit gut. Schön wäre Naturjoghurt gewesen und noch ein paar mehr gesunde Sachen.

The breakfast was fantastic, so many choices! A large variety of hot and cold foods to choose from, ranging from eggs, sausage, waffles, already prepared oatmeal, potatoes, cereals, different choices of muffins, bagels, several different types of fruits, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, and so much more. The coffee was really good, and they also offered different teas, hot chocolate, orange juice, apple juice as well as other juices. It was really nice!! The location was perfect! Within walking distance to the hospital, Orlando Health. We could see it from the hotel. The hotel is also next to downtown Orlando, Dr Phillips, and the Kia Center. Great location!!

We absolutely loved everything, down to the convenience of parking. If there is one complaint it’s very minor. I just wish the pool would have been heated. Went to go for a swim and the water was too cold, but that wasn’t an issue.

Zimmer war sehr gut. Bett sehr bequem. Ruhige Lage. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut und nicht überfüllt. Frühstückspersonal sehr nett.

Zimmer wurde bei 5 Nächten nur 1 Mal nachbestellt zweiten Nacht gereinigt. Bei Reinigung wurden Dinge wie Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt. Ich habe zweimal darum gebeten, dies zu tun bis ich am Ende selbst zur Rezeption gegangen bin. Dort erneuter Hinweis; Duschmittel ist leer. Wurde trotz zweimaliger Versicherung bis zum Ende nicht behoben. Das geht nicht, sorry. Als wir uns am Ende überrascht wg der fehlenden Reinigung etc. zeigten, wurde uns gesagt, dass man dazu Bescheid geben musste da die meisten Gäste ja nur kurz einkehren. Sorry, aber ihr seht in eurem System jawohl wie lange ein Gast bleibt...

The check in process was tedious - claimed I didn't prepay for room even though I showed them my email receipt. Told me to have a seat even when I explain kids where in car. Trying to get into lot for parking and key didn't work had to wait several minutes for someone to answer and let me in all while being accosted by homeless outside hotel.

First of all charging $16 for parking was a first for me at a Hampton Inn. The room furniture was not in good shape and the breakfast was not good in this location.

Aaron at the front desk was amazing! Our room was spotless and comfortable with extra towels. Entire facility was quiet, clean, and welcoming, even to pets. And the staff were very nice, even chatty!

Broken elevator, powdered eggs at the breakfast, no GG options at breakfast.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean in all areas and room. Although there isn't a restaurant onsite, there is a lobby/bar restaurant at the hotel next door. After a long drive it was nice to just walk next door to get a drink and food. Breakfast onsite was very good and filling.

The patch of mold in the corner by the bed in room 628. The advertised services that were not available after calling to check. Coffee and tea in lobby are cold, no microwave in room. The chair in room 628 had armrest falling apart so it was useless without wearing long sleeves. Mostly that big patch of mold though

Comfortable big king size bed. Lots of towels. The TV had Netflix! The complimentary breakfast was magnificent. There was so much variety. The front desk folks were very helpful.

The desk chair was old and beat up But management left a letter there apologizing for the chair.

The room was very spacious. The bathroom was also very spacious.

Everything was great. The only thing that needs improvement is the furniture in the rooms. Everything was very clean, however the furniture appeared to be very old and in need of updating.

The room was spacious, lots of windows (we had a corner room) and comfortable. Quiet area. Very welcoming staff and friendly throughout our stay. They accommodated a request for late check out. Good breakfast, good coffee available all the time. Near the train station, good for sunrail excursion!

Paying for parking.

Aaron was absolutely amazing! He really helped us during our time of need. After missing our train due to medical reasons for our son and not knowing what we should do. We booked with booking.com and there was no reservation to be found once we arrived! He welcomed us in. Made us feel very at home and treated us like we were such valued Hilton members! Even when ordering medication and water for my sick child at 5am Aaron made sure we didn't have to lift a finger and collected our door dash and delivered it directly to the room. Such kind hearted, thoughtfulness definitely does not go unnoticed. At a time when anxiety was taking over my fiancé and I can not thank Aaron enough. We also want to thank Camilla. Camilla was helpful in so many ways. Camilla helped with bedding when needed, answered all questions in a very timely mannor and helped us during check out. I must say that if I had to choose a hotel of choice for my next orlando vacation this would be it! This is Not your average Hampton Inn and we have stayed at plenty. This place feels like HOME! Wishing these two much success. Sending hugs there way.

Everything was perfect!

The location was great for anyone visiting the nearby hospital, less than 3 minutes on foot door-to-door!

The eggs contained little bits of pork, objectionable to vegetarians and some religions. There were no other good protein sources, so back to the room for PB&J.

The elevators were very slow, and my room view to the parking lot.

This was my second stay at the property. I love the location to Dr Phillips Center.

there is nothing I didn’t like about the property. In the future, though, I will not book through a third-party. I will book directly with a hotel.
