They don’t have towel for us to use.

It was a great location.. You could easily ride a jeepney or a cab. The area is perfect especially now that we have the rainy season. It doesn't get flooded. Near banks and malls. Decent. The staffs were approachable somehow and I like that we were allowed to check in a tad bit earlier. They were flexible to do so. Thank you.

Only one elevator is available. Wifi password resets everyday so you have to ask them everytime which is inconvenient, so we ended up not using it for the most part of our stay. There were no hotel slippers provided when we checked in. The water heater was not working at all, I was freezing literally every after shower. The electric kettle had a pool of ants which I didn't know nor expect so when I was trying to get myself some coffee and poured the water, it had a lot of ants after using it.

All good except the things below:

If you sleep until 7am, this hotel is not for you. We woke up at 7am because they have the cart on wheels with plates going around the hallway, I guess they are staff doing the cleanings.. I get up and open the door and told them: can you this quietly? That is inconsiderate for people who traveled a lot and needs more rest.

The room hadn’t been cleaned properly from the last guests, as when we arrived there was open pineapple in the fridge and the bathroom floor was soaking wet. There was also no hot water, someone came to look but couldn’t fix it and said a maintenance man would come the next day and they didn’t

I booked online on booking.com, but when I arrived at the property, they told me that there is no vacant room for me. they said that booking.com approved my booking even though there is no vacancy at the property. They offer me a small room with single bed. How about the person travelling with me(my brother)? where he gonna sleep? at almost 1am in the morning, where I gonna find an alternative accommodation in an unfamiliar place?
