We arrived at the casino hotel at the entrance to Taba, we were received with great respect Naser from the reception and the waiters Samuel and Ahmed were amazing and helpful We had a lot of fun, it was fun

The visit was great, Nasser is very good guy he help us a lot. We will come back again

Breakfast was poor; no espresso or real coffee. Not much options for cheese

In general the infrastructure is really good, the facilites are nice. I really liked my room! In addition, there are pools, a casino, stores, tours. So people don't really need to come out or look for anything else (except for buying an Egyptian sim card).

There were three things I didn't like: 1. Moreover, I was having breakfast and a worker asked me if I could move to a table outside, so three Russians could sit together using the table I was using. Of course I didn't feel comfortable with this, but their English was insufficient to really have a conversation. At the end I went outside. This was A TERRIBLE TREATMENT! I guess this situation greatly improved the stay for the Russians, but not for me. 2. The staff lied to me about the surrounding areas. I asked for a place and they told me that "There's no such place nearby!" but I used Google Maps and found it. They just wanted me to pay more inside. I wouldn't have minded if they had said: "There's such a thing there, but we would recommend our services." No need to lie. 3. No WiFi. However, they're charging enough to offer proper WiFi.

There was a problem with the aircondition in our both rooms . 2201 and 2202 . Water , much water came down from the aircondotion to room floor . 3 nights and nobody came to fix the problem . I am sure there are now another peuple in the rooms without fixing the problem

Latif the waiter was really nice and helpful, tried really hard to find me something to eat in the breakfast, even tho i didnt like anything there, I appriciate it!! mohammad in the reception was really nice and polite. The staff is amazing here

The breakfast is a little bit sad to be honest, but everything was great besides this.
