Location is superb. Big square with lots of cafes and restaurants and Cathedrals is just 5 steps away from the hotel. As promised the property has returned us the deposit of 200euro a week after our stay because we have not made any damage to the property.

Friday night up until 2am it was very noisy from the restaurant which was under our windows. There was some strange unpleasant stale smell in the bathroom

La ubicación es perfecta.

El olor a cañerías era muy desagrable en el baño, teníamos que tener la puerta siempre cerrada porque olía toda la casa a baño de discoteca, bastante desagradable. El sofá está hecho polvo, roto, quemado y manchado. El mando de la tv sin pilas, te tienes que levantar y pegar el mando a la tv o no funciona. Los colchones son demasiado blandos, te hundes muchísimo. En mi habitación no pusieron fundas en las almohadas y daba un poco de asquito. Al apartamento le hace falta una mano de pintura.

Right in the heart of Valencia, historically know as km 0! So the location is perfect for city a break. The appartement was clean and comfortable for a family of 4. No terrace but 5 mini balconies at each window. Really romantic I would say:)

Great communication and very friendly staff. Good location and very nice apartment. Would recommend.

Apartment was very big and clean, and superbly located, it had everything in it we needed, air con was fantastic especially in the heatwave we ve had in Spain while we were there.

The only criticism is that the sofa bed was not comfortable for adults sleeping on it, I would say no one older than 16 should be on it as a bed, the pillows also could do being softer as they were very hard.

The location is very perfect. The room is perfect fit for 5 pax. I like the decoration and room equipment seems completed.

The staff who hand the key on checkin came late for 30 minutes even we kept inform where we were on the train, arrived the station, front of apartment. Luckily, we can wait in the building as one of residence allowed us to get in. There should be more mirror in the apartment. Air-con on middle bedroom was very low flow.

The location of the apartment is great, it is also very quiet. Good aircondition.

Absolutely unacceptable is when you check in you get a 3-page contract, 2 pages are in English and one in Spanish, red passages marked. You should simply sign it quickly, otherwise you won't get the key. That's unprofessional, you should sent the customer the contract beforehand so that you have time to look at it. I've really never experienced anything like that. I am a landlord myself and would never do something like that to my customers.

Keys were very difficult to get to work. Bed needed a new mattress but everything else was very good. Overall an amazing apartment close to everything.

Great location v central near the cathedral and loads of bars and restaurants but v quiet in the attic apartment. Good modern facilities and furnishings and large patio area on rooftop.

There was an overpowering smell of drains coming from the shower drain. Also would have benefited from better outside seating/ dining furniture currently just 2 old and uncomfortable metal chairs.

The terrace could have been cleaned better and the artificial plants need replacing I wasn’t informed that I would have to pay a 200€ deposit on arrival, not a problem but would like to have been informed of this on booking

A positive thing was that the hot water was always great in the bathroom and kitchen.

1. Collecting 200 euros on arrival as deposit which was a shock. We didn’t expect it and as we left the flat undamaged we expect a full refund of the total amount. Also we don’t know your policy on when deposits are paid back. We were forced to sign an agreement which was impossible to read and make the payment. 2. No proper normal inventory done on our arrival, and there was nothing broken by us so we don’t know if full deposit is paid and when. 3. Would have good to have had a better explanation as how to use the safe and other etc. 4. We had expected an outside balcony, as shown in your photos, however it was totally unusable as it was an internal terrace !- not a balcony with a view. 5. The terrace glass door was not lockable- this was pointed out to Miriam and nothing was repaired. 6. No place for hanging towels in bathroom. 7. There was a knife, the bread knife which was dirty. 8. Sofa uncomfortable and bed much too low. 9. There was a tiny blood stain on the bed quilt cover. 10. We took several photos of previous people’s damage in the flat on arrival - in the case of not Getting back our full deposit of 200 euros.

Location was great!

There is a late check in fee of 30€, our train was delayed and hour which made us 15 minutes late for the normal check in and thus we had to pay extra just for that little bit of time.
