I loved everything about the place. So relaxing and comfortable!

The layout was gorgeous for those looking for privacy while able to socialize with other guests in the restaurant, bar by the pool, and the lagoon pool.

There was nothing I did not like about the site.

Good hotel, we spend just one night, before our flight to Manilla. Staff very nice and helpful, food was good. Room & bathroom as expected. Transfer to the airport was flawless!

Lots of noise from the neighboring live stock (roosters & dogs), so woke up quite early. Had to unclog the chalky shower head before a decent waterflow came out.

My room is on the ground floor and very accessible to the Pool it's wonderful,

since my room was on the ground floor-there are plenty of ants that are uninvited :) Breakfast buffet could be improved, fruits are being cut and uncovered (too many insects has access to it). Hoping for More variety of food daily. It would be great if breakfast was included in the price of room

The location is perfect if you want to have a quiet time, plus the pool. The staff are amazing! They made sure to cater all our needs the whole time. Kudos to them!

The pool cleanliness needs to me maintained. There were bugs floating most of the time.

We originally booked a room in MO2 but when we're checking in, they informed us that they're moving us to Coron Westown since they're fully booked. Quite disappointing that they're accepting bookings in Booking.com then moving their guests to Coron Westown. Our stay in Coron Westown was a disaster - 1. A receptionist who thinks the world owes her a lot, seems she doesnt like her job and never smile 2. Food that was served to us during dinner in the restaurant was cold, seemed leftovers from lunch so we walked out 3. Water coming out from thw faucet was brown, not sure if it's rust or mud. Obviously, Coron Westown is a mismanaged hotel. Hope management can address these concerns. Guests should be enjoying the holidays but will end up stressed if they will have this kind of accommodation.

we would like to commend Chris John from the restobar for the exceptional service we got from him since day 1. he has been very attentive to our needs and has been extremely patient with us. we were a party of 10 and each time we would dine in, he would take care of us. we truly appreciate him and the rest of the staff at MO2 Westown Lagoon. everyone has been professional, kind and courteous and has made us feel welcomed. Keep up the great work! highly recommend this hotel!

Pool is clean,, nice for swiimming with fam..

On my first night, I met my friend at the bar, but unfortnately, when I was about to return to my room, I tumble (as in nadapa) because I missed one step lower. I had some scratches on my knees and my thumb finger cannot move kasi masakit igalaw. It was quite dark kasi and there was no sign (at least you should have neon painted on the steps) to show warning that there s a step. I suggest you put some warning on those steps so your guests are aware for safety reason. I am a travel agent and I'am selling your hotel property and I don't want to happen the same incident with my guests. Overall, the hotel is good to stay in.

staff were very helpful. my husband left an id card in their hotel and the staff went out of their way to send it to us urgently by post.

wifi did not reach our room/signal was low.
