A perfect location for us. We didn’t want to be right in Eastbourne but wanted to see water. The apartment complex is just a 10min drive into town with wonderful views onto the marina from every window.

I was very disappointed, when one of my Son's went home after the first night as he could NOT sleep in one of the Twin Beds as the Springs were poking through the Mattress . The 2nd Twin Bed was better but my other Son used the Duvet from the now empty Twin Bed on top of his Mattress. The 2 Sofa's were also very uncomfortable & old. The cleaning standard also was very poor the Kettle was filthy & some Dishes put away greasy which had to be washed again before use. The Bedding was very faded & never ironed, so all in all a very poor standard & would NOT re book, Eastbourne itself on the other hand we very much enjoyed & would recommend as a Holiday destination !

Had a lovely relaxing time here. Couldn’t believe how much nature we saw locally! Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely loved this apartment, had everything needed, even books & games! Comfy beds, lovely views, peaceful & close to bars, restaurants. Couldnt fault it, cant wait to return...

The property was bright and airy with unusual views over the marina which were both interesting and restful. We would have liked to have had a balcony to sit out, but then it is not possible to have everything. The only downside was that we noticed that the taps are probably in need of attention as it is difficult to stop water drips, perhaps the seals require replacement.

Excellent location the property has everything you need for a week away, kitchen had everything you would want if you wished to stay in and cook a meal. Lovely views of the harbour from the full length windows in lounge and main bedroom. A very peaceful area.

The apartment is located in a lovely area of the Sovereign Harbour. It is really well equipped, clean, tidy and offers great views of the marina. Communication with Alan, the property manager, was excellent, we had absolutely no problems with arriving at the property and we received all the information needed for our stay. Shops, restaurants and the beach are only few minutes walk away. We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment and the nearby area provided everything that we needed for a great holiday.

Apartment was really nice , clean and tidy and in a lovely quiet location. Pubs and restaurants at sovereign harbour less than 5 minutes walking away . Good selection of bars and restaurants at the harbour plus Eastbourne is a nice stroll up the promenade about 30 /40 mins away . Really enjoyed walking to Eastbourne in the evening and a taxi was never more than £6.00 back which we thought was really reasonable. Lots to see and do in the surrounding area you are actually spoilt for choice. Can’t recommend this apartment enough, apart from having no wine glasses and not enough coat hangers 😂😂. Enjoyed our stay very much .

Very enjoyable. Lovely outlook and peaceful . A home from home but small things such as more coat hangers, bedside lights and a mirror in twin bedroom would have called completed the experience.

A very comfortable apartment in a quiet and interesting location overlooking South harbour. Walking distance from restaurant, shops and sea. Disappointed that it had Juliette balcony rather than a balcony big enough to sit out on, whilst for a property big enough for four people to comfortably stay there wasn't one wine glass available! Would seek to stay again however if once more in the area.

Mike the owner was fantastic to deal with. The marina itself was really safe well lit along with plenty of decent restaurants.The sea locks are something else, we went down every day just to watch the boats coming in and out. Very well appointed apartment in a nice location. Very clean. Alan and Dee were very helpful with check in and questions. Harbour itself is really nice, with a number of eateries close by. Would use this property again if visiting Eastbourne again.

This apartment was just as described in listing. In a quiet but interesting location. After a week felt really relaxed. Alan met us promptly and showed us round and explained heating ,keys etc. He said he was available to contact and his various numbers were in guide. All in all a lovely holiday.

Well appointed and spotlessly clean 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on first floor (2nd floor USA) with marina/boat views. Elevator available as needed which in our case with my 89 year old father in law worked out great. We were met at the apartment upon arrival with a representative who showed us around and answered any questions. Tea, Coffee, sugar and condiments etc. was a nice touch. Only concern are the two living room sofas which although of good quality appeared low when sitting down. We combined two seat cushions together to raise the height for our elder father in law. I suggest replacing the foam inserted within the cushions with a stiffer foam insert. We highly recommend this apartment for two to four occupants. Peter & Teresa Phoenix, AZ

Great apartment, easy access to restaurants and walks to Eastbourne’s attractions. Entertainment at th bandstand was very good. If I was to suggest anything to improve the experience it would be better/higher settees in th lounge. Overall very good and would definitely recommend.

Comfortable appartment in a beautiful part of Eastbourne, restaurants and shops nearby. Bath and shower, good beds and nice kitchen.

Nice property in great location very close to restaurants, shops, beach and beach walks. Eastbourne pier 10 minutes by car.

It is a lovely apartment in a very smart marina setting. Although the scenes in the pictures from the advert are fairly close by they cannot be seen directly from the apartment, which I think is a bit misleading. You could walk along the front into Eastbourne from the apartment but it is over 2 miles to the centre of Eastbourne.

Very clean and comfortable apartment with outstanding views.A quiet and peaceful location,perfect and I wouldn't hesitate to go again.

Immaculate relaxing clean a lovely place

We were exceedingly pleased with everything. It couldn't have been better and we had a great holiday. Parking was so easy, lift a big asset and the apartment was very well presented. Just what we required, apartment was great, had all we needed the views of marina were always interesting and Eastbourne sea front easy to get to and lots to explore along both east and west coastlines. Can I suggest chairs in both bedrooms would be a must.

Very impressive, from the moment we entered the gates at the Piazza . The apartment was wonderful with great views and very easy access to the restaurants and coffee shops- just what we like from a break.
