Before the vacation just discovered one of the guests have cancer. We tried to comunicate with the hotel management to cancel the booking because this situation, i think is a special situation, but we did not get any answer. On that period when was the booking, the guests was one cancer trearment center. I dont recomand, If you die, you (your family) dont have chance to cancel the booking end get a refund.

Everything was bad Personal enter your room when they want even though you are naked they enter “clean room” They had not heard for cards with signs “do not disturb “ For all this hotel there is only one elevator small and slow Food is so bad we did not eat from hotel even though we paid for all inclusive We eat outside hotel some restaurants They try to save money from everything even if there is fights around the pool they dont call security because they dont want to pay to security It was so cheap hotel with cheap food. Usually when we go for vacation we don’t want to Go home, not this time. We had paid for 3 nights 4 days but left this garbage hotel even 1 night earlier.

Kind, helpful people, although the communication was a litle difficult. The suroundings are beautiful.

The bathroom's old tiles with mold between them, rusty floor drain. The bed sheets were to small so we wake in the morning straight on the mattress. No refrigerator, although I have asked to pay a fee for one.

Excellent location, very good food, friendly staff. We had a great holiday at Arabella Hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is located in the central area, close to the beach and to the main street, in a quiet zone. The staff at the reception is very friendly and maybe this is one of the few good things. The pool is small, but clean.

- The hotel is rated exactly 2 stars, neither more nor less, it is not renovated and the furniture is old. Cleaning is done superficially and at totally inadequate hours, such as 3pm, when you want to rest. Pay attention! Check-in is at 2pm and starting with lunch, which is ending at... 2.30pm, so you don`t have enough time to drop the luggages in the room and then for eating. Check-out is at 11.00am, and your journey is ending with breakfast. The food is daily repetitive and almost the same at lunch and dinner. The electric hob in the restaurant is small and does not cope with the number of people for pancakes and fried eggs. Anyway, this property it is not for exigent people. Comfort is somewhat desirable, but it compensates by location, kind staff, quietness and nature. - Regarding the Albena resort, I was totally disappointed with the quality of services, which has decreased dramatically in the last 2 years. The beach is dirty, full of cigarette leftovers, plastic glasses thrown everywhere by the tourists and nobody to collect this garbage all day long.
