The room: Spacious en-suite room with acces to a shared kitchen and garden. We stayed in room A at the front of the property which was massive and contained a large double bed and a single bed. The architecture really added something to the feel of the room. The bed was comfy. There were shower gels, shampoo and hair dryer provided. Facilities: The room had access to a shared kitchen, dining area and garden which was lovely. Within the shared kitchen, each room had an allocated fridge and ours contained complimentary jams and milk to go with the provided cereals and coffee - a nice welcome touch. Location: Location was good. It's a little outside of the main center but still within walking distance (about 10 - 15 mins walk to Place Carnot, about 5 mins to Jardin du Calvaire, about 15/20mins to the train station). The room faced onto the main road but was very quiet as there's not much open around the apartment except for a grocers next door. We have to give a shout out to the cleaning lady - she was very helpful and kind, and organised for us to store our bags ahead of the check in time. When we came back later, she had moved them into our room so we didn't have to do anything else. Thank you!

The toilet was clean, but it smelled a bit funky and drain like. We didn't have any airfreshener in the room so we ended up spraying perfume to mitigate the smell a touch. The fan/heater in the room didn't seem to work as a heater. We only had a very brief stay, so not much else to review.

the room we stay in was small , old blanket , shabby chic bathroom, sink facilities but I personally didn’t like the curtains , poor shower

We were expecting a private apartment but we had to share the kitchen facilities, it turned out to be fine as no one else seemed to be using it, however this should be noted ,on the plus side the room was a good size and very clean and for us a very good location ,we enjoyed our stay in carcassonne very much .

Room was lovely, had everything you need, bathroom excellent. Kitchen area fab, well stocked and a real bonus when arriving after travelling. Instructions for keys etc communicated well. Close to centre ville and la gare.

very short walk to town, next to a deli with plenty cheese and wine options. very clean kitchen with great facilities.

our room was close to front door of building, so clearly heard conversations of other guests walking up the hallway. usually not a problem unless late at night.
