The staff showed a quite welcoming attitude, the place is convenient with public transportation, there are bars and "easy food" venue close by. Compared to other venues is cheaper. However the whole city is overpriced and a "cheaper" place is a very relative thing.

The place needs better maintenance. I was especially unlucky to have someone partying over my head but it was a saturday evening and the thing did remain within limits of civil neighbouring. I would have preferred to know my room was at the ground floor before climbing one floor with my luggage and then descending, with no elevator.

The WiFi was so bad that I couldn’t connect. Even though I connected sometimes but there was no service but just the logo of ‘connectedness’. The room for 2 was so small and the toilet is too small. I can barely use it but for larger size people I don’t think you could use it comfortably.

Horrible price compare to poor quality. Hotel not renovated for decades. You will hear everything from other rooms.

The ONLY positive is the convenient location to the S Bahn.

Very old hotel, disgusting entry and steps to the reception on the 2nd floor, the room was smaller than my closet, the bed and pillow was extremely uncomfortable, I could not sleep.

Well located near S-barn with connections, near restaurants and shops. Very clean. Elaborate breakfast offerings. Helpful staff.

Please get some decent pillows! I understand that these feather pillows are “traditional “ but they are decrepit and flat and should be supplemented with some modern, supportive pillows.

When I entered the room, they did not clean the floor after the person who stayed before me. Even the bed was messy. There were long hairs on the duvet cover. The towel was bloody. it looked like the windows had been last wiped six months ago. the floors were full of dirt and the garbage in the room was not taken. Because I entered very late and I was very tired, I used the room under very difficult conditions the first night, and when I asked for cleaning the next day, they only fixed my bedding. they didn't even change the bedding, they didn't take the trash for four days and they didn't change the towels. I had a very bad experience because of them I couldn't sleep at night because of the dirt. Also the whole hotel smells very bad.

The coffee was amazing Staff welcoming The hotel had a nice sense to it, felt that it had it's own soul and you can tell it's well taken care of The best thing is it's right next to the station!!!

Breakfast was pretty good just enough to start a city break. Location was excellent just opposite to S-Bahn station and a couple of minutes by foot to U-Bahn.
