ห้องสวย ความสะอาดดี เฟอร์นิเจอร์ยังอยู่ในสภาพดี มีครัวในห้อง ห้องนั่งเล่นนั่งสบายมีทีวี2เครื่อง มีโต๊ะทานอาหารและจานชามพร้อมอุปกรณ์ใช้งานพร้อม มีไดร์เป่าผมด้วย

แย่สุดคือส้วมตัน ห้องอยู่ในมุมที่ไม่มีวิวเลย ชั้น1 และมุมด้านหลัง เตียงนอนเกรดธรรมดา

Security staff were very nice and the location is close to all the main attractions in Khao Yai.

There was no reception or person to welcome us to our rooms. None of this information was provided before we booked the property. The room smelt terrible and smelt like ammonia and mold. It was very dusty in the room and the water pressure in the shower was very weak. We complained about the smell but the lady who came to check said she could not smell anything. This was quite surprising because the smell was very very strong and very obvious. Also, we did not receive any information on wifi username and passwords. We messaged them asking about the wifi password, but the reply came in the morning when we were checking out. Overall, this place is not worth the money, and the host could have been more accommodating.

Smart TV available in the room, and a well equipped kitchen. Room and toilet was spacious. Towels and soaps provided.

Bathroom shower and sink water pressure is abit weak but showerhead in the bathtub works fine.

The kitchen utensils were so bad condition. The coating on the pan and pot were all gone. The kettle is also rusty and when you boil water, there’s a lot of weird residue even when I boiled using mineral water. It has caused a lot of inconvenience as we’re travelling with a toddler.

Lots of space There’s the one and only staff (maybe security guard) who was in the morning session, he was so helpful and has service mind. He drove us to have a breakfast near the residence and loaded the bags when checking out

not clean as expected since few of baby cockroaches were found in the room, on top of that some dirts still remain in many areas
