Staff were friendly and helpful

Very spacious room with a refrigerator. Always someone at the desk to help.

Was told breakfast would be served until 10 but when we came downstairs at 9am the big buffet was closed, though we got served a separate breakfast. Lighting is very dark in all rooms

The breakfast was quite ok, it was possible to exchange currencies.

Almost everything you touch in the room falls apart, like handles etc.

The staff was nice and helpful. The exchange rate for euro was decent.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The room view was quite depressive (with an abandoned construction site right across). The noise insulation is non existent. The location is far from touristic places but not awful.

Old but clean to somewhat, saw 3 cockroaches in my room. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is acceptable.

The fare is expensive for the offered value and especially at this time. Could be better cleaned, there is no drinking water in the room, no facial tissue and no mini bar or fridge.

we found a coackroach in the room, don’t know if this is a one off occasion or normal occurrence; a lot of loud noises during the day and night from the pipework; non stop car beeping from the outside this made us crazy as the cars just kept beeping every second for any reason especially during evening period when you want to relax but can’t; no body wash no shampoo no toilet brush; hand towel rail is not attached even with a slight touch it falls down; paid underground parking which in really bad condition

Attention: The Hotel is Good BUT there is a problem with payment option, you always need cash. you can't pay with you card. I had been in this hotel multiple times and always with same issue no card payment available. FIX IT.

I was at late night and I was thirsty, I called the reception asked for water he says €2 and adding we charge a lot here, normally in Morocco the price of bottle is €0.4, it's ok I don't care charge whatever you wanted. Staff normally is friendly, but that guy ( Short, Bald, does not wear glasses ) is not helper :) Otherwise anything else is GOOD in the hotel.

The reception is modern, the beds quite comfy, bathroom was good too

The first room they gave us was without light, the second one with a weak airconditioner, the WiFi was weak too

The horrible breakfast, the shower that was pouring more water outside of shower than in the shower. The water was not warm. There was construction happening in the lobby. I left a day earlier and they refused to refund me.
