Mold in the room. Felt very dirty especially since there was a strong smell of some kind of cleaning liquid mixed with this disgusting smell, felt like they were trying to hide something. Unfriendly staff who has no clue of what service is or how to egen behave. Just felt uncomfortable the whole stay. Would not recommend this to anyone.

The bedrooms were comfortable. The breakfast was good. Location good. Cleaners and breakfast staff great.

Shower leaked all through into the bathroom. We booked a private bathroom, but it was pointless. The front desk said they unblocked it, but it was still leaking all throughout, so we didn't bother using it. It was unsafe and slippy. Disappointing.

No screen door. Was too close to people walking past. Couldn't have door open without people looking in.. bathroom stunk even though it was supposedly cleaned

The location is fine as we had a rental car, it’s located along the highway. There were some restaurants and a mini supermarket in walking distance.

I wish the back of the dog friendly studios could have been separated from one another, but obviously this would take a lot of work!

Breakfast was normal

The water from the rain was inside the room. A cover pillow was dirty. Glasses and cups were dirty

Location was good. Price was reasonable. Staff were friendly.

No Lift to carry large luggage upstairs. I had to carry my large heavy luggage myself through the staircase. Simple breakfast, no variety - same food options every day. Bedroom and Toilet have wooden window closer (like blinds) but no fly screen. Mosquitos got in and bitten us. WiFi wasn't available for the first two days, when it became available on the third day the speed was slow.

I enjoyed the breakfast, unfortnately I could not get double bed.

the room up stairs where I stayed where the second step, the side gate people were opening and the gate was banging could not get a good rest and good night sleep. the room window didn't have a latch to secure it was missing.

Fridge was rusty and internet was slow. Smoking area was not covered and positioned poorly

no after hours service of any Description the Bar was advertised as open 3-7PM daily this did not happen as they had no staff, there was nothing for towels, counter staff drinks or anything. the breakfast was a joke with only toast, cereal or pancakes any thing else was extra and disappointing

Location was great for the price

The budget rooms are facing the main road => very noisy One of the receptionists was very rude and lacked basic people skills.

Convenient location. Free breakfast with good selection of food plus cooked breakfast could be arranged at additional cost. Room had fridge and jug for tea or coffee. Selection of dinner food available at reception for microwave. Outdoor seating area near enclosed pool.
