The property was great for a family and only a couple of bus stops from Paddington was the perfect base to explore London.

Very clean and tidy. Jinny is a very helpful host and quick to respond to any queries. The Bus Stop basically out the front of the property makes it quick to get to Royal Oak station. From there, London is easy to get around. And for those who need a caffeine hit before they start the day, the Vale Cafe down the road is very good.

Jimmy was easy to work with, Alamo met us at the property and showed us the apartment. It was cute and clean, just like the pictures. We used the tube and public transportation and it was just a short walk to both. Would stay again!

Jinny and Steini's flat was lovely. We spent 5 days here with 5 adults, and the flat was spacious, well-equipped, and a great headquarters for exploring London. The flat is walking distance from the Westbourne Park and Royal Oak tube stations, and very nearby several bus stops allowing quick transit to Kensington Park and Paddington Station. We especially appreciated that there were 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, and an elevator so we didn't have to haul our stuff up to the 5th floor! Check-in and check-out were totally painless. Would definitely recommend this VRBO!

Incredible place to stay to see London, everything is how you see in the pictures

We stayed in this property for 5 days and were very impressed by the location, accessibility, cleanliness, space, available groceries and all the useful items, vessels were available to use. The apartment was very clean and well lit up. Jinny was quite prompt in responses. This place made our London experience with family supremely comfortable. We will definitely be back with family soon. Con: Since the apartment in on main road(5th floor) the traffic noise can be a problem in the morning time. Thank you Jinny for letting us stay at your place.

No issues at all host was very accomodating and welcomed us on arrival. The area has good coffee shops and cafes available at good prices. Train stations a short walk away.

We enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was in a newer, modern building, with elevator. It had two big bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths - perfect for two adults on different schedules. The bus outside took us right to Paddington Station for the tube. Taxis were plentiful. We could walk to Portobello Market / Notting Hill. Good eating there. We could walk to the canal. We were a bit disappointed at the lack of nearby 'nice' restaurants or cute shopping. If there were any within 2-3 blocks, we surely did not see them. That being said, there was Costa Coffee Bar within a couple of blocks - terrific. Some smaller markets that had most everything. But no 'cute' restaurants nearby. Perhaps we could have had better information about the area. The bldg caretaker was amazingly helpful and quite nice. We felt very secure. Every taxi knew the location. The owners replied promptly to every communication. The coffee maker is a Bosch, not a Keurig. It took two days to figure out where to buy the very unusual Bosch pods (Iceland Market, a few blocks away). The outlet issue was perplexing. No outlets in the bathroom. Is this a ridiculous EU law? Only one outlet seemed to work for the blow dryer that was in the apartment. That outlet was in the living room, where there was no mirror. So bring a small mirror with you. We thought this was a spacious, bright apartment with enough amenities. It was a great value. And the super and owners were easy to deal with and very pleasant.

We had a wonderful time here. Everything we needed, and Jinny was very helpful. We would stay again.

Communication and check-in were really easy. The kitchen was well-stocked with tools, plus a few basic staples that it seemed previous visitors may have left. The beds were very comfortable, although the sofa in the living room was starting to show its age. The newly-renovated bathroom was a nice surprise. The building felt very quiet and secure, and all of the neighborhood shops made grabbing supplies very easy. The only negatives were the cleanliness of the pots/pans, and the thick dust around and under the sofa which we only noticed because our kiddo was sleeping there. Regardless, we’d totally stay here again, and really enjoyed our visit. It had everything we needed.

Supermercados para comprar todo lo necesario en la misma calle. En 25-30’ estabas en las zonas turísticas de Londres. Apartamento muy acogedor. Check in sin problemas. Alemao fue de gran ayuda. Pudimos dejar las maletas en el apartamento hasta ir al aeropuerto. Para repetir sin duda alguna!!! Our family spent 4 nights in this apartment . We really felt at home. The flat was really confortable, warm and welcoming. A lot of facilities in it. Check in with no problems at all and Alemao was super helpful and willing to do anything we could need. The apartment is very well connected to the city centre, specially by bus, whith a bus stop just around the corner. All the tourist attractions are in a 20-25 minutes bus ride. Tube station quite convenient as well (10-15’ on foot) We really recommend Jinny’s apartment. We will absolutely come back there in future trips to London. Thanks a lot for your hospitality.

Our stay here was top-notch: a clean, roomy place with strong wi-fi, full kitchen, secure building. The location was close to great food and shops and to bus and Tube connections, while being quiet and restful. Owner was communicative and on-site contact was helpful.

My two teenagers and I spent five nights at Jinny’s flat, enjoying our first trip to London. We found it to be clean and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We usually ate breakfast and supper at the apartment and had lunch out at a restaurant during the day while we explored the city. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, and Noor’s grocery store across the street could not have been more convenient. We also appreciated being able to do a bit of laundry while we were there. The flat's location was perfect for us…with a bus stop right outside the building, two tube stations within easy walking distance, and the help of Google Maps, we had no trouble getting everywhere we wanted to go. We liked the neighbourhood and never felt unsafe, even though we returned after dark most evenings. We would stay at this flat again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other travellers. EXCELLENT ENVIRONMENT, EXTREMELY CLEAN, INCREDIBLY SECURE. A MUST STAY IN LONDON!!!!!!!

Despite hardly being there the place was well maintained easy access to busses and eateries around.

Good Space, feels secure, nearby bus stop was helpful. The host was very responsive. On the other hand, the accommodation seems not fit for rents when compared with typical accommodations because of few observations. For example, the host still keeping personal clothes and shoes. Also the accommodation is due for major maintenance (as example I had to report a plumbing problem and I stayed part of my morning waiting and supervising maintenance work until I requested the host to send his contact focal point to supervise the work and he thankfully helped in that. The bedroom door handle was damaged/loose, Shower door rail stuck..). In addition, the cleaning level needs improvement we could not use sofa bed sheets and bellows as it was dirty and have very bad smell.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and found this apartment very conveniently located next to a number of friendly grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and much more. Buses that go to Euston Station and Victoria Station stop right outside the flat, so we were able to get around very easily. Within a 12 minute walk we could be at one of two tube stations: Royal Oak or Westbourne Park. One of our teens uses a wheelchair, and we found it easy to navigate around the neighborhood, and the modern elevator made access to the 5th floor a breeze. The flat itself offered all that we needed. It was extremely well-stocked for cooking, cleaning, and comfortable living which we appreciated greatly. We also enjoyed the lovely view from the 5th floor. We enjoyed watching the sunset over a distant bridge and watching the clouds roll through. We felt safe in the family-oriented neighborhood. Local streets are filled with small businesses rather than raucous clubs. We would highly recommend this spacious flat to others, and we hope to stay here again.

Noise from the streets made for extremely difficult sleeping. Location is close to Paddington but 30 - 45 minutes from key London sites. The spacious and comfortable rooms are well suited for families with children. The kitchen is well equipped, we did quite some cooking in the apartement and also laundry. There is a large and interesting playground even for older children near the tube-station Royal Oak: Westbourne Green Open Space. Our kids enjoyed playing there before heading into the city. Our landlords have been very kind and approachable before, during and after our stay. The provided us with an early check-in at noon, due to a rescheduled flight. We will definitely be back in London and would book this apartment again at any time.

Great Location

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for our eight days in London. It was our first trip to London it was in the perfect area that was easy for us to commute to all the places that we wanted to go and visit. The property owners were kind considerate easy to talk to easy to get in touch with. The apartment was clean and comfortable definitely would stay here again I would definitely recommend it to anybody who would be asking!!!

Nice flat . Clean. Located in Zone 2 - about a 12 minute walk to the nearest tube but bus stop right outside of building. Our first trip to London - what a great city! Can’t wait to come back.
