Willkommen im 'One York House', unserer kleinen Oase im Herzen von Llandudno am Fuße des Great Orme. Entspannen und erholen Sie sich in unseren atemberaubenden Luxus-Unterkünften, die alle Annehmlichkeiten bieten, die Sie sich in Ihrem Urlaubsdomizil wünschen können.
Unsere 1 Schlafzimmer Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und eignet sich gleichermaßen für ein Paar oder eine 4-köpfige Familie. Das große Familienschlafzimmer hat ein schönes Vintage-Doppelbett und ein 'Laura Ashley Style' Tagesbett, das in 2 Einzelbetten umgewandelt werden kann.
Setzen Sie sich fit und entspannen Sie sich auf einem riesigen L-förmigen Sofa und schauen Sie sich einen Film an. Das Sofa verwandelt sich in ein Doppelbett für Kinder, die lieber in einem separaten Zimmer als Mama und Papa schlafen möchten.
Alle Zimmer sind stilvoll und geräumig. Die Wohnung hat sowohl eine moderne Küche mit einem großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle und alle Kochutensilien, die Sie zu Hause haben würden. Eine separate Waschmaschine und ein Wäschetrockner sind vorhanden.
Unser fantastisches Badezimmer enthält sowohl eine Badewanne als auch eine separate große Duschkabine, je nachdem, ob Sie sich auf den Tag vorbereiten oder abends entspannen möchten.
Die Lounge verfügt über einen kompletten Esstisch und Stühle für Ihr Abendessen, oder wenn der Abend schön ist, können Sie draußen auf der Terrasse speisen. Tagsüber bietet die Terrasse auch eine kleine "Sonnenfalle". Ein Sonnenschirm und eine Sonnenliege sind vorhanden.
Modern Tech ist mit kostenlosem WLAN, einem Samsung Smart TV mit BBC iPlayer, Youtube usw. und einem Bluetooth-Lautsprecher für den Anschluss an Ihr Telefon abgedeckt
Selbstverständlich sind alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden.
Kostenlose Parkplätze am Straßenrand befinden sich direkt vor der Unterkunft. Sobald Sie angekommen sind, lassen Sie das Auto zurück und nehmen Sie sich Zeit, um den unberührten viktorianischen Charme dieses Juwels in Nordwales zu erkunden. Machen Sie einen 5 minütigen Spaziergang zum Abschlussball und dem Pier oder gehen Sie in die andere Richtung zum West Shore Strand, um die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge von Snowdonia zu genießen. Dann gehen Sie zurück zu einem Glas Wein und einem Essen im Freien auf unserer geschützten, nach Süden ausgerichteten Terrasse.

The apartment is in a great location, close to the town but in a quiet road. The outside space was good, comfortable and caught the evening sun. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay!

A super basement apartment very close to town centre. We had no trouble parking right outside the front gate throughout the first week of July. Very clean and well maintained with everything we needed and the bonus of a little sun trap terrace for relaxing in. Great communication from the owner.
We did find the towels to be very small and thin, so you might want to take your own.

You'll want for nothing at this lovely apartment. Ten minutes walk to the sea front,yet in a quiet street.Parking outside the door.If you enjoy a pint of beer Wetherspoons is five minutes walk.I think Llandudno is one of my favourite seaside towns.

The apartment was lovely plenty of room spotlessly clean the owner was great he text a couple of times to ask if everything was ok we highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again

The apartment was excellent. It was very clean and excellently equipped. We were extremely comfortable and wanted for nothing. The location was quiet and yet within a very easy walk into town with all its amenities. The host made contact and was available, if needed, throughout the whole booking process and during our stay. We will definitely consider another visit to the area and would definitely stay in the property again.

Add extra of out door seating and dinning space. plenty of space for my 3 year grandson to play. The property is in an excellent location, a short walk away from beach and shops etc.

This apartment is an real gem. Situated in a quiet road just a short walk to the promenade. It been renovated to a very high standard with everything you need to enjoy a home away from home holiday experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The flat was everything I hoped - plenty of space. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I already tried to re-book for our next trip but unfortunately it’s full!

Fantastic weeks stay
Just back from a fantastic 1st weeks stay in “One York House”. Apartment far exceeded our expectations and had everything you need & more for a self catering break. Apartment is centrally located, in a quiet street, only a few minutes walk from the centre of Llandudno. Walk one way into the centre and the other way to the west shore area.
We throughly recommend a visit to “portmeirion”and also “the snowdonia mountain railway”.
We enjoyed eating at The Cottage Loaf and Dylan’s restaurants.
All communications with the owner Michal were great and we will definitely be back!

Everything from booking to arriving at the apartment went very smoothly. Fresh, clean and well furnished apartment conveniently placed for all Llandudno has to offer. Totally enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return to this little gem.

Immaculate flat in a great location
Great communication from the owner. The whole rental process worked well.

Had a slight problem finding the property but once we did we were not disappointed. On the second night however the power went down and would of been useful to have a torch. Could not contact the owner via what’s app as the above led to loss of the internet. Written instruction due to this would of also helped. It did not spoil our break however and lots to do in the area also.

From finding this fantastic property online to the booking,. Michael has been great. We thoroughly loved the place from when we walked in! Clean, tidy, well furnished kitchen, bathroom and living area. We would definitely recommend this place and you won't be disappointed! Promise! We will defo be back! An excellent property - warm, spacious but cosy & very well placed.
This property really helped to make our stay in Llandudno very enjoyable. It was very well decorated & furnished & very very clean. It was well equipped but I have to admit that we would have liked a tea-pot & milk jug (and a better dish cloth). Everything else - superb!
Llandudno is a lovely place for a holiday & I hope we will return. I would certainly recommend this property.

We loved it from the time we walked in it was like home from home, brilliant communication from the owner Michael Swift. Everything you need is there, we really didn't need the car and didn't use it very much. We loved it so much we want to go back in the summer to use the outside space. Spacious, luxurious, conveniently located.
This is a very comfortable property! Although it was just my husband and me we really appreciated the roominess of the apartment. We had plenty of room for our things and to relax when we were not out exploring. The kitchen has a washer AND A DRYER! We loved that and made good use of it. The property was very clean and outfitted with everything we needed. The location was ideal-we we were able to leave the car parked and walk everywhere including to the summit of The Great Orme. Highly recommend this property!

A perfect week in Llandudno
My second stay at One York House was just as perfect as my first one. The apartment is simply wonderful, very tastefully decorated with everything you need. The location is perfect too, both promenades are equally easy to reach. I will most certainly come again!

A perfect little gem!
This property exceeded our expectations in every way! It is beautifully presented, had everything we needed such as washing machine, tumble dryer, bath and dishwasher (we have a 10 month old to consider) and is well maintained and done out to a very high standard. In fact I was surprised at how beautiful the property was for a holiday home, it even had underfloor heating! The location of the apartment was also perfect for us, not too close to the town (withing walking distance) but not too far out either and easily accessible to both sides of Llandudno. We had parking right outside the property and didn't have to worry about fighting for a parking space upon our return. We also thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful seating area outside and felt safe and secure at all times. Michael the owner was also great, nothing was genuinely too much trouble, all the information we needed was provided to us quickly and he was available should we have encountered any problems. We couldn't have been happier with this property and felt it was great value for money too, we will definitely be back in the future and we have been telling all of our friends that it is a fantastic place to stay.

We had never been to North Wales and didn’t have a clue but we were so taken by the photos of the property and the real thing didn’t disappoint! It was lovely inside and out and was finished to a very high spec. The shower was perfect. It was also in a great location to explore Llandudno and the surrounding area with lots to do on your doorstep.

Just back from another relaxing stay at York House. Perfectly located, and an easy walk to the beach or into town. An ideal base to explore Snowdonia, and great to chill and get away from it all! Always sad to leave, hope to stay again soon!
